Had an issue with an order and sent an email to the company. No response or reply. They seem happy to take your money, but have no customer after care or concerns. Won't be ordering again.

I had excellent service from this company. They were so helpful when I contacted them and pulled all the stops out to despatch a gift for my sisters birthday. It arrived in plenty of time and she was thrilled to bits with the quality.
I would definitely recommend them, a great British company!

Purchased a snaffle bracelet from Hiho silver, paid £125 plus for it and within a couple of weeks it was lost because the bar that secures the bracelet isn't long enough, I emailed the company to say what had happened but didn't even get a response, very disappointed with the quality and service, might as well have thrown the money in the bin 😢

Have several pieces of their jewellery, some from a decade ago and still going strong. Truly beautiful products
