Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered 2 pair of pants and both pair sent were the wrong ones. I contacted them and they said they will send a return label and credit me $100 for the inconvenience once they receive the returns items. Well they have the returned items and I still have no refund or credit because they said I have to wait now for the pants to be inspected and the $100 credit was only if I let them send me the right ones which was never how it was stated and I have the screenshots of the messages!
In response to the reply. I changed my mind because of the nasty customer service telling me I’m more than welcomed to purchase elsewhere because I inquired about you all prices being up to $60 more than on the actual website. So yes that comment from your customer service is what made me change my mind. But I was still inconvenienced as there was a cost for me to send back after stating it would be no cost to me and I reached out about that as well and was told those costs for return were on me.
This all could have been avoided if you all sent the right order the first time correct? Or could have reached out to me to let me know they weren’t available but instead sending me whatever yall wanted me to have, correct?

The first option was to send the correct replacement at no cost to you along with a $100 store credit as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. You initially agreed to that resolution.
The following day, you changed your preference and requested a full refund instead of a replacement. We immediately provided a prepaid return label, and once the returned merchandise was received, your purchase was refunded in full.
The $100 store credit was offered specifically as part of the replacement resolution and not in addition to a full refund. We honored the refund option you ultimately chose.
We regret that the original shipping error occurred and apologize for the inconvenience. We have handled your return and refund in accordance with the option you selected and wish you all the best.
