Her advice and her astute observation of the trickiest of situations made, what a one point seemed an impossible hurdle to get over, completely turned the problem around, and in a ridiculously short period of time we had an astonishing, detailed and successful house purchase, which defied all reason. Rachel was my solicitor for the property I bought at auction it was my first time buying at auction and she made it very straight forward and worked with me in quick time so I completed the purchase in 16 days. The company is very good with working at a fast pase as I only started my enquiry 4 days before I bought the property at auction. All in all good price trust worthy and good communication 9/10
