Very poor service.The worst I have ever had with a car sale.They never kept me in informed on when it will be ready.Waited 15 days .so I rang to cancel sale and get my deposit back which they agreed.Then they changed there mind when I rang up asking when I will get it.
A very poorly rang sales team.

We spoke with OJ on the phone, he was extremely polite and helpful, he arranged for us to view and test drive the car at a time that suited us with no sales pressure at all. It was a genuinely pleasure to do a deal with him on our new car.

Great service and assistance

I bought a Range Rover Sport from Highlander’s, and was assured they would inspect it for minor issues, including rusty sidesteps. After receiving the car, I noticed the sidesteps were still rusted, with metal falling off, despite being superficially sprayed over. A month later, the car stopped in the middle of the road, showing a battery fault. We replaced the battery, only to find out the alternator was faulty too. This car is crucial for my business. When I contacted Highlander’s for warranty coverage, they refused to cover any repair expenses, including the recovery and taxi costs we incurred. From my experience, Highlander’s cars look good on the outside but are often damaged and unreliable inside. I advise potential buyers to be very cautious when purchasing a car from them.
