OJ very polite and knowledgeable toom the time to explain things and was happy for me to ask as many questions as needed.

I was really worried about the reviews regarding highlanders however my partner is a mechanic so felt we had experience to make sure nothing was wrong with the car.
OJ is extremely personable and we haven’t had any issues with him what’s so ever. Everything was done smoothly and on time.
After sales I will need to confirm if we have any issues but I’m confident we won’t.

Purchased a Range Rover Sport and less than 3 months passes, engine has fully seized meaning thousands of pounds worth of repairs. Highlanders have asked for the car back to “take a look”. NO CHANCE. Having read other reviews they will keep the car for months with no contact. Who wants to pay HP on a car they can’t use? Currently going through legal action and FCA to ensure every penny we spend is kindly received back from
Highlanders.
