This online platform used to be really good you could win and you could play a lot and the last year it seems like all I do is just put in money and I’m not really winning. I ended up deleting my account just so I don’t waste money on this website so that’s all I can tell you on my part.

Well the initial sign up was fine, everything went smoothly I was done and ready to go in under 15/20 mins. Then they HAVE to do a MANUAL verification on top of the already auto approved one (Because apparently even they don't trust their automation. Except when it's their only form of customer service, the one that SHOULD have a real person.) Anyway so I couldn't do anything (no buying, no playing anything including play money) except claim my dailies until they did their manual verification. Well that took 9 days (it should absolutely not take any extensive amount of time to look at 2 photos. It takes <5 secs I've done the same crap before you can do thousand+ an hr. It's 90% pure laziness and not giving a damn, 8% under employment, 1% just being a dik and 1% misc) so by then all the starter offers had expired and on top of it I've been unable to hit anything above like $2 a couple times on $0.20-1 bets, all kinds of dud bonuses. But so far I'm down $300+ and still absolutely no response from a real person on multiple platforms (the AI will repeatably tell me "it's a shame I couldn't buy because of the wait"and then proceed to tell me "I should have bought them in a more timely manor," 🤬.) Was thinking about starting the account over, hoping they verify me fast enough, but I'm just going to call it quits after all that headache, no responses from anyone and being blamed for THEIR screwing me over. One of the worst RTPs ive seen even though they advertise most of their games have a 95% return rate. Hasn't been any of the games I have played and ive just about played them all! I have been playing at High 5 Casino for many years. I have never once won enough to make it worthwhile to make a redemption. This is after spending several thousands of dollars. Little by little, they took took and never once showed appreciation. I have gave chance after chance to change my mind. The reason I am finally reviewing them is because yesterday I gave them a try again. I spent $50 usd and played .50 every spin. I didn’t win a single penny with that $50.00. Not one cent.

They mislead people by saying they are giving you free coins to try and there deposit required. You can play the game but you can’t redeem or cash out!!! On the withdrawal page it clearly state about the $100 requirement. It doesn’t say that you can’t redeem or withdraw money without making a deposit 1st. On their other platform it does say that the deposit is nessasary but not until they have misled you 1st. Most sites let you cash out without a deposit but not with them!!

I won $200 and it appeared I would get the money but then they said they aren't going to pay and the app switched to gold coins only. They told me that I was approved, everything was verified. They just did not want to pay so they didn't.

WHat a difference a year makes. This used to be a great casino with the perfect mix of fun and entertainment to keep ya playing for hours. Whatever changed, did so for the worse. Compared to the other options out there, this one is as tight as it comes. I never seen so many dead lifeless spins before. It used to be a mix now it isnt uncommon to flush 50 to 100 buc without ever getting excited or having anything close. Too bad this used to be my favorite sweeps, now I hardly play there anymore.
