They say they use an algorithm and that every spin is completely random but that’s not true I believe they use an algorithm but it’s based on how much you’ve spent vs how much you’ve won. I have been playing High 5 Casino for over 10 years now. I started playing on facebook and it was great to share gifts with friends playing. Although they are no longer associated with facebook, I still play almost everyday. Great games with occasional great payouts. I am from Quebec, Canada and can't play real money but have enough credits to play daily.

Trash Casino i had to delete my account because of how bad the rtp was compared to playfame and hello millions .

Was having trouble with redeeming a prize but customer service helped clear the situation up. They were quick with responding and clear with communication.

I lost access to my main High 5 Casino account a while back, so I reached out to their support team for help. They actually assisted me in regaining access to my original account and even deleted the extra one I had created while trying to get back in. Everything was verified, confirmed, and perfectly fine for months.

Then out of nowhere.. right after I finally win a large amount.. my account suddenly shows as restricted. I spent days emailing support, only to get a final message claiming they permanently deleted all of my accounts for supposedly having multiple accounts. The exact issue they had already helped me fix months earlier!

This is beyond shady. I followed every rule, verified my ID, and trusted their process, and they still took everything away the moment I actually won something worth cashing out. It feels like a setup. they’re fine taking your money, but as soon as you win big, they’ll find a reason to lock you out and keep your winnings.

Avoid High 5 Casino at all costs. They don’t honor their own resolutions, and they’ll delete your account the second things start going in your favor.

High 5 Casino is a fraud they will rob you .

It’s started off a few days ago I had lost as I was leaving i seen a credit of 25. The very next day I had free spins for my birthday Along with being up graded. I must say I have several didn’t platforms to use. But only 3 of them offered me anything for my special day. I can go on and on. The diamond system in place. Is something you have to sample yourself.

They sent out free spins and my account notified me that I had 25 free spins. They never became activated to use. But I had taken a screenshot of where I was notified of the spins (to tell my boyfriend). So I reached out to customer service and they said it was a typo and only issued 5 spins. Reguardless of a typo or not they told their customers one thing and then did not deliver and did not attempt to make right.
If I could post a picture I’d share screen shots of the awarded spins and the communication from customer service.

High5casino.com has emailed me on more than one occasion awarding me a certain number of FS, but once I load the game, the fs never appear. After contacting support, I'm given a half cocked response with an attached apology granting 5 FS instead of the 25 fs stated in the email.

I'm not sure how the typo in the email and in-game pop-up go unnoticed. Even if it was a typo, why is on 5 instead of 10-20 fs?
Along with not receiving a high enough daily log in bonus to spin more than once ..this site has proven to not care about loyal players.
