Hiddenpathtreks Arvostelua 

Had the luck of doing the 3-passes + EBC trek last April/May with Hidden Path Treks in Nepal.
As you can read by the title of the review, it was definitely a lifetime experience, one of those I'll remember and cherish forever.
Getting into the details, Ramesh and his local team are excellence personified. You get an highly competent team, with a trove of knowledge of the terrain, best photo spots, etc. (yes, the trails are popular but we went to a couple of places where we were completely alone on the mountains with astonishing views!). Not only that, they are very, very professional and make you feel safe all the time on the trek. The cherry on top? Ramesh is always smiling and manages to have everyone in good spirits :)
During the days, he made sure everyone was at a comfortable pace, was hydrated and energized.
The itinerary itself was also very well made and all the group managed to make it to the end without any severe acclimatization issues.
If you're not convinced yet, just book it and thank me later!

We did the EBC trek with our guide Ramesh from April 3 to April 13, and it was one of the most memorable experiences for all three of us in the group.

Ramesh was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and hardworking. He took great care of us throughout the trek and made our entire journey very smooth and stress-free. He handled all the travel arrangements perfectly. Even when our Lukla flight got cancelled, he quickly arranged another flight for us without any hassle.

The tea house accommodations he arranged for us were amazing, especially for a trek in the Everest region. We had comfortable rooms with attached bathrooms and even heated beds at some places. He personally made sure we were comfortable at all times and even served us food directly from the kitchen himself.

Midway through the trek, we decided to change our route, and Ramesh arranged all the new accommodations immediately without any problems. He is extremely well connected in Nepal, and you can really see his experience and relationships helping throughout the journey.

He knows the mountains so well — it felt like he knew every rock on the trail! Safety and health were always his first priority, and we always felt safe with him. He also showed us some amazing views and places that many other guides probably would not take their clients to.

What impressed us most was his patience and dedication. I really wonder how these guides work so hard and still take such good care of their clients with a smile.

I would highly recommend Ramesh to anyone planning a trek in Nepal. Just trust his advice completely — he truly knows what he is doing.

It was my secound time in Nepal, and it had to be again with Ramesh (Hiddenpathtreks)!!!
Already thinking on a third time with the family, and once more it as to be with Ramesh, trekking trough the real Nepal (not the touristic one) with a real sense of security despite all the surprises every trekk offers!!! Also always on a good mood, and promoting a fun trekk, that helps you give that extra effort without even knowing. Totaly recommend Hiddenpathtreks for the best Nepal experience!

Me, my girlfriend and some other people spent an amazing 3 weeks trekking in Nepal with Ramesh and his team. From the beginning, Ramesh was super supportive and helpful, always with a smile on his face. His joyful attitude also made every moment special and funny, even when trekking harder sections of the route.
The views were stunning, from the beautiful town of Namché to the most incredible view of the mountains from Gokyo Ri, without forgetting Ama Dablam and Everest base camps.
Ramesh and the team provided all the required support enabling us to enjoy our time in the Himalayas! I hope to return and when I do so, Ramesh will definitely be my number one choice!

Fantastic trekking experience with Ramesh!

My partner and I went with Ramesh in the Manaslu circuit in November 2025, and it was everything we wanted in our Himalayas trek.

We saw lots of animals including yaks, monkeys, donkeys and more.
The views were very clear and we had lots of opportunities for photos.

Ramesh is an excellent guide with excellent knowledge of the route and was able to keep us going at a comfortable pace - we arrived on time every day but never felt rushed.

We had great stops for hot lunch every day, and the food really exceeded our expectations on the trail.

The lodges were great, and we always managed to get a room.

We were able to hear the names of all the mountains that we saw, and learn a lot more about the area we were travelling through. It made our experience a lot more rounded and interesting!

Overall it’s easy to recommend you go with Ramesh if you’re interested in this trek!

My partner & I just finished a 12 day Manaslu Circuit trek with Ramesh in November 2025. We are very happy Ramesh was our guide. Additionally, November was a perfect time for this trek as we had clear skies daily.

He is professional person. From the very beginning of our journey from Kathmandu city to the trail head, we did not have to worry about anything. Ramesh organised all food, hot showers, permits & all accomodation without us having to worry about anything. He went above and beyond to ensure we did not have to worry about logistics.

He sorted us with a private room when an accomodation said we would have to share with others. He fixed our bag zip when it broke. He patched my jacket when it tore.

He explained the plan for the next day every day after dinner & even gave us fruit every evening. Also he gave snacks to increase morale when hiking & socks when we got wet feet on the pass day.
He always looked out for us in the teahouses while giving us our space too. He was friendly & calm natured.

He had good relationships with the other guides, the porters, accomodation staff & locals.

He knew the trail very well. Knew every mountain at all times we were passing. He always knew how far we were from the nearest bathroom/town was. He also was always able to say how much more time we had to walk uphill/how much time left until our next stop etc.

We felt very safe & we were glad we had Ramesh as our guide on this trek. We had good faith in him. He brought us on some side trips to monasteries & a lake.

I would recommend Ramesh as a guide to my friends & we will do a trek with him again we return to Nepal.
