Item never showed and no responses from emails

Site pas sérieux. Commande jamais reçue.
J'ai perdu 50 euros pour un cadeau qui n'arrivera jamais.
Je suis en colère car ce n'est pas honnête. J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails sans réponse.

I ordered two items: a perfume and clothing sets. However I only received the perfume after about a month of order because I kept emailing the company. I emailed them about only receiving the perfume and not the clothes… still no update. I would really appreciate if I could get what I ordered; if not I need a refund. This service is atrocious and I am profoundly appalled. Unidays don’t advertise this scam of a greedy company which takes the money but doesn’t provide the money’s worth. Could Hidden Fashion please reach out to me and prioritise my delivery/refund?

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. Apparently no one seems to work behind the scenes? Takes over 3 months to get an unsatisfactory response from anyone. Absolutely atrocious customer service and care. I would advise anyone looking to shop with ‘hidden fashion’ to avoid at all costs. You won’t receive your full order, you won’t receive any form of help. Just AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

I have not received my order and I have not received a response from either of my emails I sent to their customer service address.

Awful, took two weeks to ship the package I ordered 3 items and only recieved one item

Then took over a month to refund me for the items

Ware kam viel zu spät an. Ich hatte es zeitlich zum Geburtstag meiner Tochter bestellt und die Sachen sollten auch eine Woche vorher ankommen. Als ich nach zwei Wochen immer noch keine Mail bekommen hatte, dass die Sachen verschickt wurden, habe ich letztlich gefragt. Dann meinten die, dass die Sachen noch gar nicht verschickt wurden. Das war am gleichen Tag, als die Sachen ursprünglich ankommen sollten! Ich wollte sie direkt wieder zurückschicken als sie gekommen sind und warte seit jetzt 4 Wochen und 6 Mails später auf meinen Retour Schein oder überhaupt eine Rückmeldung dazu. Unseriöser geht es nicht. Kauft da nicht ein Leute.

Leider unseriös! Haben mir falschen Hoodie geschickt. Erste E-Mail wurde ignoriert. Dann wurde behauptet ich habe mich zu spät gemeldet. Als ich den Ausgang der ersten Mail beweisen konnte wurde mir zugesichert man würde das Problem lösen. Auf diese „Lösung“ warte ich trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen seit Anfang Dezember vergeblich.

2 Hoodies bestellt beide falsche Größe geliefert. Habe mein Geld trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden nicht zurück erhalten. Würde sagen das es Verbrecher sind auf keinen Fall dort bestellen!!

Placed a order, they cancelled within a hour and said they would refund me that was 4 weeks ago & I still waiting. Avoid at all costs. Would have given zero stars but couldn't.

I have given 1 star only because i coudnt give zero. I placed an order which I was told would take 3-7 days. After 10 days I tried to contact them but got no reply. I have since tried to contact them several times and still no response to even acknowledge my emails. My advice would be steer well clear of this site. I will not be using it again and will make sure everyone knows its dodgy.

I’ve never had a problem in the past with any of my orders but how things have changed…. I placed a order on the 11th October and I’m still waiting for my order, I’ve sent numerous emails and I’ve received one saying they’re chasing up my order but I haven’t heard anything since even though I’ve asked them after receiving the email from them if there is any updates on my order

I placed an order on the 28th September, 2 weeks later the order still hadn’t arrived so I emailed to ask for an update, I got no reply. A week later I contacted again via email and the order form on the website and after a few days finally got a response saying “Many thanks for your order. We are chasing this for you”. - helpful! A week later I’d heard nothing so emailed again and got no response. It’s been just over 5 weeks now, my order has not arrived, I’ve been charged and the customer service has been terrible. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

Absolute joke this company. First order an item was missing but didn’t make a fuss as it was only £5.
Tried another order and only 1 out of 3 arrived, this time £57 out of pocket. Thank god I used PayPal this time and I’ve opened a dispute.
This company ignores contact form via the website and any emails sent to them.

If I could rate less I would. Ordered a few lovely looking dresses wayyyyy back in Jan/feb what came was cheap looking so sent back. Still to this day 8/9 months on, and I’m eating on my refund. Multiple messages have been sent. Originally I was replied to say it would be ‘chased up with the accounts team’ but now I’m just getting full on ignored. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

I just received a dress from this company which looked absolutely beautiful on Instagram etc! 😤 It is cheap tat!!! By reading the comments below I’m not holding out any hope if a return which is very sad. Why do business get away with ripping people off like this 🤷🏼‍♀️ plus how do you actually get intouch with them as I only have emails from PayPal not the company?

Ce site est totalement frauduleux ne commandez pas dessus cela fait plus d’un mois que j’attends ma commande et que je leur envoie des mails en privé et qu’il ne bouge pas le petit doigt que ce soit au niveau du remboursement ou de la livraison faites très attention

I made an order on the 16th of March and today is 3rd of April. My order still has not arrived. It was due within 5 working days and it’s been 3 weeks. I have contacted customer service numerous times and they advise ‘ it’s on the way ‘ .. still not here. I have requested a full refund for my item and still have not heard back.

This company agents are useless and don’t even respond to emails.

Not good customer service. I told them within one day that I didn’t want to keep the ring and their response it, we don’t provide a refund as we are a small family business. I am sorry, but why do I have to waste my money because of you not being able to provide goods that I fit for use? The ring is cheap, cannot be worn. I want a refund. That’s it. I have 14 days by law to change my mind. This is unacceptable
