Wow amazing quality

Wow! Each item of clothing is fantastic, the quality of the material is substantial and all clothing item prices are affordable- which is so rare to find these days!

Highly recommend for any occasion for a casual summer look, dressing up to go for cocktails with friends or even clothes for work!

I can’t recommend a hiccup enough!! It’s such an amazing brand and they have the most friendly and lovely team ever.

I’ve been obsessed with every item from them so far and they always fit perfect!!

Lovely & trustworthy brand

Lovely brand, amazing quality of clothes, variety in items and great customer service. Oh and delivery always on time. Highly recommend them for your daily fashion shopping!

Tried to return and they made me pay postage and just sent it back to me!!

Tried to return my item (I'm a uk size 10 to 12 and this item was WAY too small!) Went through their returns procedure, no refund they just posted it back to me and because they are based in Turkey I had to pay £7 postage just to recieve an item back that I didn't want! so now I'm even more out of pocket! AVOID AVOID AVOID

We offer a free returns process through our pre-prepared returns label and our UK depot, so no payment is required. If you returned your items via another method we would like to rectify the situation. Please email our customer support on hi@hiccup.com and they will be able to resolve this for you and offer a full refund for the paid charge.

I ordered 3 items only got 2

I ordered 3 items when the delivery came I only received 2 now I'm not sure if this had happened to anyone else but I don't know how to talk to customer services as I emailed them and sent a message through messenger I haven't had any response on top I'm not feeling well when I paid for 3 dresses why did they only send me 2 it's just waisting customers time and energy as if the order had been properly revised then the dispatch team shouldn't of made this mistake I want to know where I stand and what do I do thanks in advance - thanks to the customer representatives who got back to me and sorted my problem out swiftly

Really slow delivery

Really slow delivery. I have tried online shops before and even Ebay is quicker than this site. Better to buy in high street or even Amazon for your clothes. Disappointing.

My parcel never turned up

My parcel never turned up, I emailed the company three times, only once did I get a response offering me a £5 voucher for the inconvenience. Did not want this voucher and haven’t used it. I emailed yet countless times asking for an update on my parcel, and have had no response.
Would not recommend this company, still
no update or refund.

Love this brand

Love this brand! Great quality pieces with cute designs. Sizing sometimes comes up a little small so I usually just size up for the perfect fit. I regularly shop here for gorgeous wardrobe staples and unique pieces
