HH Mentoring Arvostelua 

I've been working with Helen for a long time now and she's been the single best influence on my mind set and ability to cope with things. She's been an invaluable sounding board for me, is never judgemental, always empathetic and has been there to provide not answers, but different perspectives and sometimes just the space to talk things through. Her support has got me through the worst times of my life, but also the mundane day to day struggles of motherhood, which to be honest I often find harder. She's also been fantastic for offering practical and manageable suggestions of things I can implement in my life to take some of the pressure and stress off. Everyone needs a Helen in their lives.

Helen is a fantastic coach - the progress we’ve made in the last year is incredible. She is a brilliant listener and really helps you organise your chaotic thoughts without shame!

I cannot recommend Helen enough for mentioning through any challenges in your life! She goes above and beyond and allows you to helps set your own goals with fantastic guidance. She regularly checked in to make sure I was making progress and is very kind and caring. I have had challenges with undiagnosed ADHD and she is very knowledgeable and understanding!
