I ordered a few months ago and emailed a few times. The first email they told me it takes 2 weeks to process. then they said they had issues with suppliers. I checked their social media and they went out of business and were auctioning off items! Wish I ordered with a credit card to make the chargeback process easier. I ended up ordering an alternative of the tib bar from a supplier in my country and got it in less than a week

Stole my money and never sent my product. Never ordering from a foreign supplier ever again. Should be criminal and there should be some sort of discloser from foreign producers to give buyers insight before a purchase is made.

Should be negative stars. They took my money in June, emailed me saying they were experiencing delays, then stopped responding and I never received my product. Absolute scum.

UPDATE! Get your money back if you paid via PayPal. These jokers are taking money and not sending products. If you’re lucky enough to have paid via PayPal, lodge a dispute. My money was returned within 3 days after months of them not returning any of my emails!! Good luck everyone!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: This company and its customer service is a joke: I ordered some of the eccentric weight levers back in July, 5 months ago.. after emailing several times and them saying there were some small delays but should be shipped soon (the next week or two); they completed stopped responding to my emails. They won’t respond; they have taken close to $500 from me and they’ve sent nothing! I wish I read these reviews before ordering as this seems like their common business practice!

ordered 3 months never delivered never replied from customer support. Hgg is scammers. I learned this shit from YouTube.

Just awful. Took 117 days and a lengthy email thread with their customer support for them to ship my ISO-TIB. Would never purchase again or recommend this company to anyone.

DON'T BUY! They will 100% steal your money and ghost you. Please don't make the same mistake I did. You will lose any money you give them.

Ordered Nordic Progression Pack and Tib Bar ($367 AUD) on June 15, 2024. After months of waiting, received one email in August promising dispatch "next week." No delivery ever occurred. All further emails ignored. Company appears to have now closed down, taking everyone's money.

Save yourself time and money - just look at all the other reviews here showing the same pattern. They take payment, make excuses, promise dispatch dates that never happen, then ghost customers. Clear pattern of fraud.

Timeline:
- June 15: Ordered and paid
- August 15: Asked for update
- August 25: Got promise of "next week" dispatch
- October: Still nothing, no replies, no refund

If you're considering ordering: DON'T. If you already ordered: contact Queensland Office of Fair Trading and your bank immediately.

Recevied no tracking number.
Delivered through shopify october 8 but I received no product.
Emailed 3 times and still no response.
Customer service a joke and no telephone contact details.
Refund please or send the prodcut as promised and payed for!!

I purchased the ISOTIB-LT and Power Pack bundle on 14/6 and my order has still not been shipped. I requested a refund via PayPal on 08/09 due to this business failing to ship my order as promised in an email. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company on the 12/9 as HGG performance had failed to respond via PayPal and provided no refund or products. I received a response from HGG performance on 13/9 stating they had sent an email last week. That email, sent on 03/09, promised my order would be shipped by the end of that week Sunday 08/09 and asked for confirmation of my email address. I responded with a formal letter of complaint via email on 13/09 as directed by consumer affairs. My complaint letter had my email address written twice, it is the same email address used to place the order, used for all correspondence and used to send the letter of complaint, this has never changed. Despite receiving written confirmation of my email address my order has still not been shipped. I have requested a refund multiple times including in my formal letter of complaint. HGG performance have never once even acknowledged that I have requested a refund. On 14/10 HGG performance challenged the transaction dispute despite the fact that they had still not shipped anything from my order and provided no refund. Their challenge is that they asked for confirmation of my email address. I have document evidence that this was provided to their customer support email address and the director’s email address on 13/9. On 14/10 I contacted consumer affairs in Victoria and was advised that they recommend they open a case for conciliation to pursue this refund on my behalf. I have also made a formal complaint with the Queensland office of fair trading as suggested by consumer affairs in Victoria. I have indicated that I am more than happy to assist QLD fair trading in any possible court action for any breaches of consumer law by HGG performance. To other people who have shopped with them please contact consumer affairs in your state to lodge a complaint/case for conciliation. Also contact the QLD office of fair trading as HGG performance is based in QLD. HGG performance should not get away with taking our money like this.
To the people who are thinking about buying with HGG performance I would suggest you read reviews about purchases with no products shipped and think very carefully if you are happy to take that risk. If I had known about HGG performances customer service/business practices I never would have purchased from them.

HGG have been liquidated since October 2024. The liquidator sent an email out to all clients at the end of October.

A family run business, but bad business which took a lot of people's money. A real shame.

Ordered in June and haven't received item. 3 or 4 emails back and forth across 4 months, and after asking for a refund following two delays - then Rimmy guilted me with the:

"We are a small family business and have made this item for your order. We promise you will love the gear once you receive them. It will worth the wait.

Please let me know and I will organise the dispatch."

Agreed happily. Now still no update of dispatch.

Come on man. I just want my money back, after the first 2 months delay and ghosting, and planned to buy again when they let me know things are clear. Which I had told you thrice, met with recurring damage control.

The bad reviews on trustpilot are legitimate.

Still waiting after 6 months for product and refund.
Uncontactable other then email to which they take days to responds and never resolve the problem or follow through on what they say.
They remove negative reviews and are set up to not have google reviews so buyers are unaware of the issues until like over 60% of people on here are then stuck.

Do NOT order from this company. They will take your money, not ship your product, promise a refund then never pay. Terrible experience and their stalling makes it too late to challenge the fraud with my credit card company. 100% Scam artists

Do not buy from this company. They are scam artists! Months go by waiting for our order. They finally say they will cancel it at our request but a month later we have not received our refund. Please do your homework before you too find yourself out $$$. Sure Rogue may be expensive but you will get what you ordered and get to speak with someone if something goes wrong.

Placed an order months ago. Asked for an update, no response. Asked for a refund repeatedly. Was told a refund would be issued six weeks ago. No refund. Now they are ignoring my emails.

6 weeks after making my order -> order not even shipped. Emailed them on week 4, said will be sent next week. Still no words now. Buy from somewhere else.

HGG Performance should take basic business lessons from a toddler: you accept payment in EXCHANGE for a product or a service.

Good job on getting the first half right though.

They couldn't supply the product I ordered and I've been waiting over 3 months for a refund.

I placed an order on the 4th of July 2024 for the ISOTIB-LT (order #23202). 10 weeks later and still no confirmation that my order has shipped.

After numerous emails and many false promises, I am now left with no option but to let other potential customers know. Avoid this company at all costs!

They're happy to take your money and then provide excuse after excuse as to why the product has not been shipped. Just read all of the other reviews here...
