Initial application process was easy…

Initial application process was easy and went quickly. As the process went on, the communication and timeliness lagged compared to other financers I have used. It was fine for me, but if I had tighter deadlines, it could have been a problem.

Fast, Simple, and Stress-Free—Highly Recommend

This is the third time I’ve used HFS Financial for various home projects, and every experience has been simple and smooth. I’ve always felt the rates and terms were fair and reasonable.
This time around, the process was even easier than before thanks to the new app. Each time I’ve worked with HFS, I’ve been assisted by different team members, and every one of them has been helpful and professional throughout the process.
Most recently, I worked with Vicky and Erin, and they were no exception, they were both great to work with and made everything seamless from start to finish.

I did not receive any account number…

I did not receive any account number information once I have been approved . I contacted a representative and she has mentioned that it would take an additional 24 hours to have an account number assigned to you.

Hfs was certainly easy to work with

Hfs was certainly easy to work with. There were a couple times I wanted a little more communication but actually the process was moving forward at lightning speed. Thank you for helping me out. Can't wait to have our new pool!
