Heze Furniture Arvostelua

Świetna pięknie wyglądająca i wygodna sofa . Super kontakt i szybka dostawa. Polecam

Easy to contact and update anything with your order. Friendly service everything well packaged and easy to assemble. Driver carried everything inside so very happy.

The table is fine for now, but the instructions and the location of some screws need to be corrected. Very little space or difficult access. In my opinion, the table should come assembled or in two parts, with the bottom ready and only the top tightened

Great price on a lovely bed slightly long delivery time . But this is because its a small business.

purchase was smooth and customer service was great. just takes 3 weeks to be delivered but overall fantastic experience.

Highly recommended and satisfied, high quality and good communication with the seller. Great product; Ramen Midi Extending Dining Table With Chair Ramen Sonoma.

Kupiłem 2osobową sofę i jestem mega zadowolona. Obsługa klienta jest mega super. Dostawa mega super. Sofa przyjechała elegancko zapakowana. Polecam w 150 %.

This is my second order from Heze, this time ordered a oak shelf which appears to be a high quality. Customer service is outstanding too. Thank you very much. I'll definitely be back for more stuff. ❤️

Great website, choice of doors and friendly, reliable service.

Super high quality furniture. Bought a dresser and sofa bed from BRW through Heze. The lady over the phone was insanely nice and done their best to accommodate the delivery time around my hours of work. They were able to divert their driver to make a last effort delivery on end of long day. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Side note: Nostradamus himself would struggle putting some of the BRW dresser together.

I ordered my furniture on the 15th October and received on the 30th of November, I had zero communication other than when I chased it. No explanation given for the wait.

We've got sofa bed. Great product Opens up easily into very comfy double bed. Looks amazing. Communication was great too. Delivery less then 3 weeks.

Fabulous sofa bed. Delivered to Devon on the day I was told it would, with no problems.. helpful phone conversation before ordering, excellent customer service

Brilliant service. Helpful in every aspect, nothing was too much trouble.
Would definitely recommend & use again.

recommendable shop. friendly service and first class goods I recommend to everyone

We have recently received our new Corner Sofa Bed. Just in time to make the heat wave bearable.
From start to finish my wife & I were very happy with the help & assistance given in making our final choice. There are lots of things to consider, so making the trip to store was very helpful for us. We changed our mind several times, had 2 different Corner Sofa Beds in mind & added a recliner before we finalised our choice.
All we had to do was patiently wait for manufacture.
Delivery came a month earlier than predicted, which was great.
Contact was made & Booking delivery slot was quick.
The Delivery Team were fantastic. Polite, Helpful, Considerate & pieced together the Corner Sofa Bed in no time at all.
After searching high & low for the right Corner Sofa Bed.
We could not be happier in choosing Heze & would fully recommend.
Thank you very much for all your help from Sales to Delivery Team.
You have helped future proof our living room.

A seamless process from the time of the order to sitting down at our new table and chairs!
Simple and straightforward. Very good timely delivery, well packaged, simple to assemble, sturdy and well made all at a very competitive price.
No complaints whatsoever.
Thank you Heze Furniture!

We ordered a sofabed from this company are are very pleased with it. It was easy to buy from their online shop and I was impressed that I could pay by Paypal. We received email updates and I rang the shop directly to check all was in order. The lady on the phone was most helpful and even gave me a curtesy call the day of the delivery to confirm all was ok as well. The driver who delivered the sofabed was great and friendly. Overall a pleasant experience!
