Great site really enjoy playing on here withdrawals are not quick though. Seem slower than when I first joined 😕

I played on this site and I was worried about the reviews. yes they take a fee which I don't understand but I got my withdrawal in my bank as soon as my documents where cleared. they don't do that on weekends but was in my bank first thing this morning (Monday)

This is on behalf of my friend as he's not to good at explaining,My friend Michael opened an account with this company to be charged £6 for this site.So he deposited £240,he has now to tryed to withdraw this, but now they want I'd,This is not required for a withdrawal if it could of been done soon,ie opening the account,So with no checks to deposit money but now want all sorts of I'd,he hasn't got a driving licence, alls he has is a electoral photo I'd,which they have said is not good enough,I'm been on the phone to the gaming commission and they have also told me photo I'd is not required for withdrawal if it could have been done when account was open, the best bit is,they charged him £1 to withdraw his money which they say is being looked at,STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD
SHAME ON YOUS CHARGING MONEY TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT THEN CHARGING FOR A WITHDRAWAL WHICH YOUS WONT GIVE.ILL BE SEEKING ADVICE,NOW THATS NOT TO SAY THE FELLOW I SPOKE TO WASNT RUDE,HES GOING BY THE COMPANYS RULES.AVOID PEOPLE

My mum plays site had a few cash out and great would recommend sorted verification first pretty much instant payout

Avoid!!! Got a call from them. Started asking all kind of personal information, when I refused to state my employment. She decided restricting my account. That shouldn’t be your concern if I’m employed or not. Go and f#*# yourself.

Thought was scam at first after reading the reviews I won only small amount I changed my bank card so my verification was declined then accepted straight away after speaking on chat this took 2 days to receive my withdrawal then put 30 on lost put anther 20 on then won few hundred on 40 pence spin 170 on bonus not bad in my opinion I’ve had quite few bonus every time I’ve played went to withdraw took 15 minutes was in my account my advice is upload your documents first I think it’s one of the best sites to play on at minute some of the bad reviews in my opinion is salty losers it’s gambling site you should only bet what you can afford to lose overall good site and fast payout once you account is verified

Great site so far only issue I have had is I made a withdrawal on Friday but they told me in live chat I need to wait until Tues for the money cause its upto 48 business hours to get your withdrawal approved which is some time apart from that happy with everything eles. I uploaded all the documents required so it didn't delay even longer so I would advice to get that uploaded and verified before you withdraw..

The negative reviews do not show how amazing this site is,I was worried I wouldn’t get my withdrawal but received it in less than 48 hours of cashing out.good variety of slots.
Customer service are amazing they can’t help you enough if you have a query and prompt reply’s from their site email.

This company needs closing down a.s.a.p how many more people are you going to rip of my account will be gone today I was still playing like an idiot we are now in June all these months of putting my hard earned cash on this site what a waste and for what absolutely nothing so clearly your site needs it more than me shame on you lot

Played and deposited over £50 bank £20 back in January and we are now June and not received the withdrawal I know it's only £20 but still money........ contacted over 10times no reply they have disabled my account and unable to contact them now. Worst company... !!! Will stick with grosvenor in the future

Stay well away from this casino will take all your money been playing for months, spent thousands and not received one bonus

Deposited money with them and managed to win £650 and tried to withdraw using Skrill I always opt to use Skrill as it is 0 hassle when i comes to withdrawals but witnessed the staff go into my account reverse the withdrawal and then process the withdrawal through debit card which I did not request and the amount they withdrew was £680 which included £30 that I had just deposited to play with was told multiple times on live chat different stories and lies to cover themselves ultimately did pay out eventually but never have I ever witnessed a casino go into my account and mess with my funds like that would never 100% trust this casino

x This site is a scam please don't use this site they are thieves they do not pay your winnings they just rip you off
this is probably organised crime!

Just teasing, really bad gameplay, stay away from this casino if you love to play slots, not to say how slow the games load and how.. after spending hours and hundreds I take the worst bonus in my life on 50p, the bonus payd like 60pence 😂😂STAY AWAY

Got worried when I saw reviews but so far I’m happy, I have made 4 withdrawals today total 1800 pound and the money been in the bank within 30 mins. What can I say.. great service.

I have given 1 because 0 is not an option.
1. site is hard to work out & place a bet.
2. takes 48hrs or more to process your withdrawal.
3. takes even longer to payout via visa debit card even if you have fast bank.
4. they will charge you a fee to deposit & withdraw money into your account.
5. you have been told, read other feedback.
6. stay away

Scammers. Be aware. Google meanwhile has removed their app from their playstore

Absolute scam of a company. Spent £3000 in a week and won 550. So I withdrew the £550 for it to hit my bank account and to be instantly taken back by them. Contacted the bank and they said is was a error from the sender. So I contacted hey spin they said it will take 4days come back then. So 4 days later I try contact them again and they must of blocked my live chat. I waited over 2 hours for a reply and nothing. So I got my partner to open a account on the same device I use to play on. He opens an account and proceeds to open live chat to instantly get a response. This site should be shut down just reading all the over comments absolutely disgusting behaviour after taking so much money from people

Minimal about of slots available, so so on the win ratio. The only complaint I really have is that I'm still waiting on a 800 withdrawal which has been pending for three days. I really don't understand why it takes so long when other sites pay out instantly. Due to this I won't be playing again.

They just let me deposit 2000 over 2 days then stop me depositing a complete con stay well clear I’m contacting the gaming commission about this site
