Great experience with hey day loan

I experienced with a heyday loan was amazing. They were quick efficient and I was able to get approved instantly. Thank you heyday for supporting those that are just stuck at the moment.

Its been almost 48 hours since approved…

Its been almost 48 hours since approved and after getting my information and verification and I still havent recieved my loan. Now another place who would've loaned me today says they cant because I currently have a loan with hayday that hasnt even arrived yet.

The worst experience of my life ,these…

The worst experience of my life ,these people are horrible, I have 2 incomes and make or $3400 a month and they won't lend me $250 . Then they have the ignorance to say re-apply in in 30days why so you can reject me again I don't think so GET BENT YOU HORRIBLE PEOPLE.

Over payment kept & radio silence

Missed a payment and e-transfered the remaining balance owing the following week to pay off the loan. Was promised by doing that no other payment would be taken out after e-transfering and confirmed by heyday my loan was paid off….$204.51 was taken out of my account when I informed heyday of the withdrawal and overpayment I was promised that I would received the refund of the overpayment. I have sent dozens of emails with no responses! Now filled a complaint with the BBB for help. The company is awful! Do not get a loan from them.

Harassment

After paying off my loan, they continue to send me loan renewal emails, but when I reapply I am declined? But then I receive another loan renewal email?! Harassment much?
