Heybike Arvostelua 

I love my Heybike I bought last May. It‘s fast, the battery holds long and for me the bike is very powerful. Even with a kid on a kids-seat or pulling a kid on a bike behind me. Unfortunately I had some issues with the power switch but the Heybike support helped me getting a new one. Thanks to Lila.

I recently placed an online order for the EC1 electric bike, and shortly after completing the purchase, I needed to reach out to Heybike’s customer service for some additional information.
From the very first message, the support team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. They made me feel truly supported throughout the process. It’s not always easy to find this level of attention and care, especially after a purchase has been completed.

I’ve just purchased my second EC1 Heybike. (My partner commandeered the first one).
An excellent bike which is delivered promptly, it’s easy to assemble & charge. A very comfortable easy to operate e-bike. We love them.
Excellent customer service from the company & I’d particularly like to thank Lila for her care and attention. Any problems are resolved within a 24 hour period & we’d recommend Heybike to our friends.

Guten Tag, dieses Bike ist aufgrund seiner Tuningmöglichkeit in App nicht als E-Bike sondern als Pedelec anzusehen. Man braucht dafür eine Versicherung!! Der chinesische Support bestreitet das, es ist aber in der Bedienungsanleitung und aus der Website einwandfrei nachzulesen! Finger Weg die Firma ist bei Garantie Ansprüchen das Aller Letzte!

Great bike and efficient customer service !

Ich habe das Fahrrad jetzt seit einem Jahr und bin absolut zufrieden. Der Schalter des Displays war vor kurzem defekt. Nach der Meldung beim Support wurde mir zeitnah ein neuer zugeschickt. Der Schalter und das Display sind eine Einheit. Ich bekam zwar irgendwann später noch eine Rechnung über Zoll- und Servicegebühren über ca. 10 € von FedEx. Diese wurden aber auch von Heybike auf Nachfrage übernommen.

I purchased the hay bike Brawn and it's an absolute powerhouse! The mortar peaks at 1400 watts & it's lasted over 3 years now. I would have given the bike a five-star review but the torque arm provided by the company is not very good at all. Luckily I took it to a proper bike mechanic and he put it together and let me know right away that I would need to change it. I didn't really understand what he meant and rode the bike for about 1,700 km and yeah the torque on blew so I bought an aftermarket torque arm and had the same mechanic install it and now I have over 4,000 km on my bike. And hey bike actually sent me a whole back wheel via warranty and even paid for the shipping. The customer relations staff were very helpful. Very easy to reach. And very understanding of my problem! Thank you Hey Bike I absolutely love my Brawn!!

Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Akku , aber heybike hat super geholfen.
Meine Ansprechpartnerin hat meist innerhalb 2-3 Stunden geantwortet. Und jedesmal mit eine Lösung die allen geholfen hat. Diesen Service ist Mega toll. Vielen Dank an Lila für die Kundenfreundliche Lösung ☺️

Nice e-bike. Comfy, good brakes and has a bit of torque so quite fun to ride.

Overall I am happy with my new Heybike I bought last year June. It feels very stable and is perfect for using it as citybike. The assembly was very easy, at least for me. :-) Currently I had some issues with the power switch and one of the breaks but the Heybike support quickly helped me figuring it out using my warranty claim. Thanks for the kind support Lila.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Fahrrad, war von der schnellen Lieferung überrascht, der Lieferbote war schneller als die Mitteilungen auf dem Handy 🤩
Es lässt sich schön fahren und die Montage war auch nicht schwer. Ich habe es schon einer Freundin weiter empfohlen🙃

The bike is great, EC1-ST. Minor problem rectified quickly with customer support, with very speedy replies.

Had my Heybike EC 1 nigh on a year now & have been very impressed with its battery range & reliability. Also like the steel basket (optional extra), its very robust & great for carry shopping & collecting parcels etc. This bike is great value for the price.

Received my ec1 e bike very well packaged easy to put together. Downloaded app all good. I myself have a cube e bike but very impressed with the Heybike light looks like a hybrid. Rides nice. Ich habe das E-Bike ungefähr ein halbes Jahr und es fährt immer noch gut. Es ist ein schönes E-Bike. Der Support ist ebenfalls gut und weiter zuempfehlen.
