Terrible Shipping Department… it’s been weeks and weeks… still no delivery. The Tracking number is nonexistent and unavailable. Customer service is prompt but they are seemingly powerless. It’s been a mess and it continues . I am unhappy.

We completely understand how frustrating it is when an order takes much longer than expected, especially when tracking isn't updating as it should.
Our customer service team has been actively monitoring your shipment and responding to your messages, but unfortunately delays within the shipping network are sometimes outside of our control. That said, we appreciate that doesn't make the wait any less frustrating.
If your order hasn't arrived, please continue working with our support team, who will make sure this is resolved as quickly as possible.
Appalling customer service
Excellent quality socks, well they should be for the premium prices which I chose to pay as a treat to myself so that is fine.
What is not acceptable is their ABSOLUTELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I accidentally ordered the wrong size socks and immediately emailed to state my error in an attempt to rectify the situation. It took 3 days to acknowledge my email but only to say they would get somebody to contact me back, 7 days after placing the order I receive an email to state my order has been shipped so no attempt at contact to rectify my error. Shipping on their website states 3-5 days for the UK and 7 days later they message to say they have only just sent my incorrect order which I will have to wait another 2-3 days minimum for because of the weekend so likely be double their stated shipping time all just to send an order back that I emailed them stating was incorrect within 5 minutes of placing the order to say I had made an error.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're pleased to hear you're happy with the quality of the socks.
We'd just like to clarify the timeline, as we believe there may have been some misunderstanding.
Your email requesting the size change was sent on a Friday evening. As we don't operate over the weekend, it was replied to first thing on Monday morning. In that response, we confirmed that your request had been passed to our warehouse team in an attempt to amend the order before dispatch.
We're therefore a little unsure why you've stated that no attempt was made to rectify the issue, as we did acknowledge your request and advised that the change had been requested with the team. Unfortunately, once an order has entered our fulfilment process, we cannot always guarantee that amendments can be made before it is packed and dispatched.
We have also recently been running our Summer Sale, which has resulted in a much higher than normal order volume. This has caused slight delays to dispatch times, and we're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Your order has now been dispatched and is on its way to you.
We appreciate that this was frustrating and always do our best to accommodate amendment requests where possible.

Aillant déjà une paire j’ai voulu en racheter plusieurs vue que la qualité des produits et les design sont géniaux. Malheureusement leur service de contact laisse largement à désirer car après 3 mails pour demander la raison pour laquelle on me demande de payer 25€ de frais de douane à réception du colis (sur une commande de 72€), je reste sans nouvelles… ne proposez pas un moyen de vous contacter si vous n’y répondez pas…
Update: on me dit de contacter via Instagram et toujours aucunes réponses… bon au moins j’espère être remboursé quand le colis retournera à l’expéditeur…

Unwanted item automatically added to my order
Out of principle wouldn't buy from them again. I ordered some socks and immediately realised after paying that the numbers didn't add up. I looked and there is an OPT OUT option of £1.95 for postal insurance/protect. I emailed them immediately with my order number but no response. The socks have arrived now and they seem fine but I'm not handing my money over again to a business with such shady practices. I imagine a lot of people either don't notice or can't be bothered to do anything about it and I guess I'm in that boat now too besides this review. I see a lot of one star reviews for people whose socks never came...mine did come quickly. The quality seems okay from looking at them.
**Update: they commented below and I emailed again. Apparently my original email had gone to junk. They have now refunded me 1.75 of the 1.95 and I have updated my review from 1 to 3 stars in light of their response to this. If they got rid of the opt out protection it would be higher. If people want it they'll add it on themselves as an extra at check out.

We include shipping protection as an optional add-on to cover any issues that may occur with Royal Mail during delivery. This is completely optional and can be easily removed at checkout if you don’t wish to include it.
