Sometimes there are minor issues, such as connection drops and slowdowns. But this happens very rarely and isn’t a big deal. It has practically no impact on my work. For the price, the quality is simply excellent. I’d give it a 4.8.

Been using HexProxy on and off over the years and has been the few Proxy companies that has consistently been reliable. Definitely a hidden gem, which makes services like these even better.

Large and diverse IP pools from different locations to choose from, different plans with different price points, and contacting support is quick and easy, developer is really on top of things.

They recently reworked their entire website and added a bunch of new features (like the test trial subscription that you can get for a low price to see if HexProxys ISPS are something that you would like to try out)

From my personal experience, I’ve had issues with other proxy providers and needed new ones quickly. After reaching out to support, I was given the opportunity to try one of their ISP proxies and it worked perfectly.

Used them over a year. Good support responds within 24 hours and tries their best to resolve issues. Can be a bit hard to diagnose sometimes when using non server for connection issues.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hex Proxies.
The proxy quality is strictly average—nothing you can’t get from dozens of other providers for a better price. There’s really no "premium" edge here to justify the service.
The biggest red flag is their absolute lack of customer protection. They enforce a strict "no refund" policy, which wouldn't be as bad if they didn't also reserve the right to terminate your access at any moment without warning. If your IP gets blacklisted or a technical glitch happens on their end, they can simply revoke your service, and you're left with zero recourse and zero money.
It’s an incredibly unfair setup for the user. You’re essentially paying for a service that can be taken away instantly with no explanation and no way to get your money back.
I would strongly advise staying away from this provider.

I bought 25 proxies from hex around a week ago, advertised that they would be "Fresh & Brand new IP series" and at first hand it would mean that any proxy would have a clean state on them, plus residential detection. I purchased and shortly after I received and starting checking each IP across many IP checking services to see if they're clean as advertised. 18 out of the 25 proxies I received were not only flagged as a Datacenter/Hosting Proxy but these were also detected as an anonymous proxy by IP2Location, and all of the 18 proxies I had were also detected as SPAM in the threat category. I have tried to contact the support guy Rahi about this matter, they told me I needed to wait a few days before the databases on them updated, which I waited around 3 days before contacting again, which then the guy told me that there was nothing they could of done and told me to go contact the databases myself and my ticket was closed after hearing that, I was FURIOUS, I tried opening a ticket again but somehow the ticket "closed" without any activity, is this really how they manage their discord and their customers?😑 I decided then I would need to initiate a chargeback with my bank as this was 100% unacceptable.

Their proxies are average and nothing special. You can find the same quality from many other providers.

The worst part is their policy. They clearly have a “no refund” policy, and they can terminate your proxies at any time without warning. If your IP gets blacklisted or something goes wrong, they can revoke your service instantly and you lose your money.

This is very unfair for customers because there is no warning and no refund option.

I do not recommend this service.

This business is ran by a single guy, and he is a scammer. Bought ips on March 16 of 2026. And got access revoked on March 26 without notice. By asking the guy, he said i got his ips "flagged". Only 3 ips btw. I asked for a partial refund and got nothing but empty words saying he doesn't care and got banned from his support discord. I don't recommend buying from this person.
