Hexnode UEM Arvostelua 10

Our Hexnode service has been impaired since June, preventing one of our devices from getting updated settings, which is blocking the staff member from doing work. It's almost November.

Hexnode support is unable to provide us with a plan to resolve the issue, or even an ETA as to when we'll hear back.

There's also no way to escalate. No way to talk to anyone else, just support people who keep saying "soon" without providing any details whatsoever about how long that will be.

Hexnode needs an escalation process, or to allow customers to speak directly to engineering when support is unable to assist.

Terrible customer service. When you call them up, you get redirected to a call center in India which has been no help with any of the issues we have contacted them for.

On top of that they send out invoices and immediately (same day) follow them up with phone calls that they'll cancel the subscription if you don't pay immediately.

The software is decent but i'm never working with this company again because of all the bad experiences i've had with their support and financial departments.

Horrendous customer support. They tell you they are working on an urgent ticket from you that will take several days and then don't do anything. You check in several days later and it appears they haven't even started on it. Unacceptable for an MDM company.

Really dont waste your time controlling your units with their apps, their mdm fails up and you will stand by clients .
You will waste alot of time, and they will not help, they really dont care about their customores.

We will change all units from Hexnode to another MDM company you can actually trust, As soon as possible.

We trialed Hexnode's MDM software for two weeks and had some trouble understanding the pricing structure. Hexnode were helpful in getting everything set up, though the support was often difficult to understand.

The issue is their website lists features in a tier that are only included in the tiers above. When pressed on the issue, Hexnode didn't respond to thank us for raising the issue and commit to correcting it, they simply made excuses saying they couldn't list every feature for every tier.

As far as I can tell, they have no intention of correcting the error, as they simply wanted us to pay more and increase a tier to get the features listed in the one below. Naturally we cut ties and found the service we require elsewhere.

Really Bad Service
The Sales peole give false commitments even after sharing with them clear objectives for which we will be using their services, the support comes back and says the feature is being worked upon without an estimated timeline. The company does not even refund the cost of unused licenses due to features unavailable with them. Will not highly recommend this service

Product is really useful and their customer support is very helpful. We use it to manage a few MacBooks, HP laptops, and some phones - both Android and Apple. We considered other MDMs like Jamf (they only support Apple and its very complicated, I felt). Since we had Windows devices we thought Microsoft Intune might be better, but it didn't also satisfy us. Hexnode ticked all the boxes. There are some features that were promised a long while ago which still hasn't come. So looking forward to new updates

Initially we tried the trial version, just to know about the features offered by the software, but after using it we were so impressed we purchased the annual plan. We find it easy to manage the entire fleet from a single console. All major platforms are manageable and there is Kiosk also.
Regarding the Cons - Have no Customer Support on Sundays. But we are fully satisfied as they solve all our use cases.

Loved it!! The dynamic grouping policy is a life saver. I am just too depended on it now.
And the support team is so sweet. Every time I mess up, they help me out like I were their friend.
They only thing I don't like is that there is absolutely no way to know when a new update has arrived. I usually have to stumble accross them.... :(
Other than that, it is worth every cent.

Great product to manage devices belonging to multiple OS platforms. Different pricing plans were very useful 'coz we didn't need the entire features. Our company has deployed macbooks to all out employees along with iphones, ipads and variety of other devices. Its great to have total visibility into the whole assets from a single console.
