I am writing this review today to draw to your attention dear casino players, this platform after letting me to gamble on various sport events, they limited my staking amount which is the common issue all winners face nowadays... but after requesting withdrawal of my funds, all of a sudden they sent me email that after checking my account they have discovered that " i have violated some betting rules, like arbitrage and value betting player activity " and ofc without providing any evidence they terminated my account and stole my 451 euro funds. Be aware of this scammers as they will do whatever they can to take your funds. Just skip them and stay safe.

Do not play on this site . I deposited £25 and got no welcome bonus they said i have to deposit 30 but you can deposit 25 euros and get it makes no sense. The customer service are very rude and don't help .avoid.

Their KYC is garbage.

My verification instantly failed and they don't have any human verifying these documents. After few failed attemps the site blocked any future attemps and forwarded me to support, then support told me to contact KYC, then KYC told me to use the verify process on site which I can't access, then told me to contact support if this fails.

No problem with deposit but when it comes to withdrawal, they will set random weekly and daily limits that you don’t even know of. Overall this casino is really good looking with a lot of choice, nice support etc, i was recommending it to my all friends but the withdrawal process is just unbelievable, after i finally won something im going thru 1 month process of withdrawal? What is going on?

Stay away… customer service is terrible, I’ve asked for my account to be closed and they tell me I have to send an email requesting this, however their email address isn’t a legit email address so I can’t send it. I’ve been back to customer service and they just ignore me.
