I can not get them to answer me…I’m
Trying to return the Hero Pellet gun which just arrived..I was given one by a friend..they haven’t resounded to my request to return it after several attempts both on line and in the phone.
I received a note from them after posting this review that they sent it yesterday and to check my e mail and spam folder ..still no response..

Great how-to videos and advice on using the Aiiro non-lethal spray. My wife really appreciates the non-lethal yet effective deterrence factor she can carry on her person. I feel much better when she travels about town now as well.

I am very happy with the HERO that my husband gave me for Christmas. I give this one a 5 star. It is light weight, easy to handle and perfect for non-lethal self defense, especially for women. I ordered the soft holster and am happy with it overall, however the clip is difficult to use. I was hoping to attach it to my waist band, but the clip is to tight to attach. More usable for a belt.

Great company with a great product. Nice people, easy to work with. I had originally screwed up my order, but they helped me straighten it all out. I am completely satisfied with my interactions with them and the product I received.

My one criticism is that they have a phone number where you can leave a voice message, which they apparently never listen to or respond to. But they respond immediately and very helpfully to email. So don’t try to call them; that seems not to work.

I received very good service.

Operation was simple. Response to questions was very quick. The fact that the irritant is confined to contact area was important to me and where it is to be used. (Church security)

I have the Hero 2020 with the Blunt Force cartridges. This was when Hero Defense Systems remembered states that have restrictions on possessing pepper / pava balls.

Hero Defense Systems has forgotten these states and abandoned providing the Blunt Force cartridges. With this problem I, and a lot of people have abandoned carrying the Hero 2020, since the Blunt Force cartridges aren't available.

I now carry a Byrna or Grimberg Pepperball launcher.
