My daughter kept borrowing these from me so I ended up ordering her a pair too. We both appreciate how comfortable they feel during busy days.

I've had subscription services that made cancellation nearly impossible. Seeing clear account controls and flexible management options was reassuring.

Heromd is the worst customer support. You can not talk with a human. My first order $114 is never received product, I called 10x left messages. They recharged me $199 never received 2nd order.I emailed them and filled out on line to cancle. Got email saying they are looking in cancle membership still no cancle of account. I do not recommend this product company they are the worst.

I spent a long time putting off getting treatment because booking appointments around work always felt like a hassle. Being able to complete everything online made it much easier to finally deal with it. The process was simple, professional and far less stressful than I expected.

I've been trying to cancel future deliveries and this company makes it impossible. It says you can cancel on their site, you can't, and they have zero customer service. I've tried calling, using their chat function, and emailing, and I have received no response. I was forced to call my credit card company and block them from charging me in the future.

While the product may work for someone, I did not have any success. After paying $199 for the first shipment and better success with a 50-100mg dose of viagra, I called, 7 times leaving messages, have a verification of auto payment turned off, and a chat bot acknowledging receipt of my cancelation request, my card was still charged. Calls and E mails sent after requesting refund, willing to ship product in unopened packages back for a refund were ignored and ultimately making me jump through more hoops to request cancelation. Company is a complete scam!!

Horrible, customer service don't exist, phone number is only a voicemail, chat is AI with not sense reply sending the same automatic text, if you wan to cancel HOLD ON you will never reached your propouse, best way cancel your card and unauthorice subscription

A complete waste of money with zero benefit.
Zero help except AI and generic answers after 5 emails.

I originally signed up because my husband was struggling with confidence and didn't want to deal with awkward doctor visits. The whole process felt surprisingly professional from start to finish. We completed the questionnaire one evening and his medication arrived discreetly a few days later. Everything was explained clearly and there was never any pressure.

I asked to quit receiving a prescription from this company and received an email from them stating that I had been taken off the auto-ship list, but then a month later I was billed for another batch of the medicine, and it was shipped to me even though it does not work and they will not get back to me to reimburse me even though I have reached out to them a number of times. This company is a scam.

A rip off. I had canceled my subscription/prescription with them. I got message confirmation of the fact that it was canceled. Almost two weeks later, they charge me $200 for a refill. AFTER THEY SUPPOSEDLY closed my account. And now they refuse to return my money, although I have proof of the fact that they took the money out after the fact

These people are crooks. This med did not work for me so I tried to cancel my very expensive auto renewal. That is impossible online. Spent 3 hours in chat with a CSR who assured me that my 'membership' had been canceled. They still billed my credit card. They are crooks.

I tried their medication All it did was give me a bad headache for at least 2 days. Trying to cancel the subscription after that was a pain in the butt. There's no easy way to do it and they lock you in for as much as they can so I'd be very careful and pay very close attention to the subscription cuz it auto renews and it's more expensive the second time around

The educational content was surprisingly solid. It answered a few questions I'd been too embarrassed to ask anyone.

What I value most is having access to real clinicians instead of guessing my way through online forums. Whenever I've had a question, I've been able to get a professional answer rather than random internet opinions.
