This relationship started off Rocky. There was clearly a massive misunderstanding of what I wanted and the designer knowing what to make. I worked with the owner and we got things straightened out. I have been using them now for over a month and they now better understand my needs for my team. Keys to success with this team:

1. Have very detailed briefs
2. provide examples if you can. If there isn't anything exact, find examples of oddly described items
3. Give it time for the designer to understand your communication style. We are all human and sometimes it takes a moment for a designer to understand exactly what is needed.

I have been with them for two months, previously I was using an indenpendant designer. I was always having trouble booking in work as everyone seemed too busy! Now I have a steady flow of jobs and each project is being processed efficiently. I am very happy with the speed of turnaround and the quality of work. Their team is very easy to work with. I totally reccomend them.

Hero Design is an excellent resource for companies who require high-end graphic design but don't have the personnel to execute, or marketing agencies who simply need an extra set of hands!

Despite a few hick-ups along the road to get our money back, we received an amazing follow up from Jeff, the managing director, who really wanted to understand how they could improve moving forward and learn from our experience together. The reason it wasn't for us is because 1) the communication with our designer wasn't always easy given it was in a tool without chat and 2) we didn't always feel our feedback was actually understood by the designer and the delivery dates as a result weren't really followed.

We would however recommend to try out Hero Design and hope you enjoy!

I have found Hero Design to be a good design partner to work with. For the price, the output volume and quality of work is excellent.

If you have highly complex and detailed design needs, Hero Design is not your partner because the process of briefing is mostly asynchronous. Although, if you need fast turnarounds and can brief designers with a good level of specificity, you'll appreciate having this service at hand!

The process was very easy. They guided us step by step in finding what we do and how we can portray ourselves to the market. Very happy with the outcome on where we are now. We are definitely working with them on more projects in the future and would recommend to others.

As a graphic designer that also spins a lot of plates to support our growing real estate team, I looked to Hero Design for some supplemental design support and they knocked it out of the park with every request! Specifically, we had a short deadline for some custom-designed stickers for an event we were throwing. I wrote out the prompt, gave some examples of what I was hoping for, and within a day had an AMAZING custom sticker that perfectly matched my vision. Love this team of designers and their skill sets are incredible!

High quality work, quick turnaround, at a great value. If your designer isn't a good fit, they are happy to switch you to another as well. I just signed on a 2nd designer to handle additional workloads coming in!

EDIT: After posting the review below, the owner of the company reached out to me personally to explain the issues, and they also refunded the money. Even though this took forever, I will say that I am appreciative of this and have changed the review to a 3 star review because of his honesty and making this right.

I've worked with a few graphic design companies like this. These guys are super slow and the one design we submitted before cancelling was average at best.

The biggest problem I have with these guys is I asked for an account cancellation, they confirmed it, but I still got billed another month for service about 1 month later. I've been asking for a refund going on over a month now and they will not refund that back to me saying that they are having issues with their payment processor. Just give me my money back Hero Design.

Hero Design is a world-class design firm. I used them for a logo and it came out much better than I could do with my own team. I wanted to test them out because their work looked very promising and the portfolio definitely matches the results I got.
