This past year I have been working on sleeping better. I have been taking the Marine Collagen and Shilajit gummies right before bed. My sleep has greatly improved. I now get more deep sleep(measured) in a night. For decades I have taken melatonin only to wake in the middle of the night. With the gummies I no longer have that problem. Thank you.
