I absolutely love this website. The bags and the customers service are truly exceptional. I was intriguided by so called,original leather and decided to give it a try. Even though the bags are pricey, they are really worth it every penny. I bought 3 Evelyne, Jypsiere, and 2 Kelly cut bags. Every single of them are very close to the original Hermes bags ( I own a few of them), but the best ,in my opinion,is the Evelyne. When I got the first one, I couldn't believe how perfect it was. The leather was exceptional quality, the craftsmanship was exquisite. Trust me there is no difference between the real Hermes and this website Evelyne bag. As this website says "true mirror of the original". Also I think it is important to mention, that they do issue a refund, if seized by customs, without any problems. As I mentioned before the customer service is one of the best I had ever experienced. Tracy is really awesome. I bombarded her with so many questions and requirements, she always answered right away and if she didn't know, she got back to me with the answer within an hour. This woman is so efficient. It was a real pleasure working with her.
Bottom line, for me, it was a very positive experience. They definitely earned my trust, and will be buying from them in the nearest future.

Great communication. I was a bit nervous to order something so expensive from someone I had never met. I was honestly even unsure that the product would arrive. However, Tracy and co. made sure to reply to all my inquiries. I asked about 20 questions before I sent payment LOL! Before my item was shipped, I got full-sized, honest detailed photos of the actual bag I received. The bag was at my door in about a weeks time. The quality of the bag is truly amazing. If you are sure to order their handmade original version-The leather is great quality, beautiful grain and soft. The hardware has precise markings and very good sturdy quality. I own 4 authentic H bags and this honestly is so close to the original quality you will not be disappointed! I definitely will come back to order some more in the future. Thanks for being an honest company and having great customer service.
