I am very happy with the parts

I am very happy with the parts. My only complaint is about excessive mailing costs. About $18 for ground shipping for 4 knobs that weigh nothing.

I believe it is unfair to the customer.

Fast service

Fast service. Always have the parts I need.
Postage is a little high especially when ordering small parts. Would recommend to a friend.

Great Experience

I had never dealt with Heritage before so I was a little apprehensive to place an order. I called to order a part for an oven. The operator asked if I had model and serial numbers and I replied. She told me the item was in stock and that it would ship out that day and I received it the following afternoon.
The oven was a vital piece of equipment that needed to be fixed so that we could continue to feed our patrons.
Thank you Heritage. Your customer Service was excellent.

I wan inform that parts were in stock and be ship that day. I received it two weeks later.
This is not the first time.
I understand when something has to be order and will take time.
