Customer service magde my experience great! I love this product.

I have yet to receive the item I purchased. But if it is anything like the quality of their support team I received today. I'm sure to be impressed.

Ive been a repeat customer of Herb Affair for several years now and everything has been high quality and helpful products. The customer care team is honest, real people, real emails you can reply to with any question or concern. You don't usually get this flavor of humanity anymore from businesses, but Herb Affair is that flavor with sprinkles on top, served with a smile. Thanks Herb Affair, without your products, I would still be sick.

If you want a fair deal...this is your place. I purchased my items without putting in the code. They contacted me pronto and manually got it done. Derek and Kristine are the BOMB!!Can't wait for my capsule filler Bundle.

I received my order and used it the first night. This is a superior product to the one I had been using. I am not disappointed in this purchase.

I have been looking for a company that sells vegan capsules and capsule fillers for awhile. I just didn't trust most of the ones I found. When I saw your website I knew I had struck gold. You have exactly what I need. I will certainly be purchasing more herbal products in the future.

This is one of the best products I ever used in my life not only that the customer service is talk to they get back to you in a reasonable time at least faster than I expected. I mean, I heard back from them within an hour. I plan to make a video review showing how well the product works as well not only that when it comes to their 60 day Dissatisfaction policy they honor it. I hope this company never goes out of business.

The capsule machine arrived in a timely manner. I was able to email the company about a small issue. I got a response right away. I absolutely love my machine.

I lost instructions for an item that Herb Affair makes, and couldn't access the instruction video. I emailed them on a Sunday, requesting a PDF of the instructions, expecting a reply on Monday the very earliest. I was SO happily surprised that they mailed me the PDF that I needed not long after my inquiry, on Sunday no less! Thank you!

I had an issue with my order. After reaching out to the company, I received an email trying to help me. The person was very thorough in their approach giving me ideas on what I could do to fix my problem. In the end everything has been resolved very timely. Thank you for not giving me grief during this time. I ordered to help my husband (who is currently in the hospital being treated for leukemia) with supplements. My goal was to get the most pure supplements in him. Capsule-it was my answer. After the issue I had, I am now confident to move forward to getting the best items in capsule form to him. Recently I emailed customer service to check the status of my order. Within 5 minutes I received an email back from Kristine letting me know the status (one item was back ordered) and a resolution on getting the rest of my order promptly out the door and on the way to me. I’ve never received a response so quickly. She was so kind and enthusiastic in her email and I responded back that I appreciated her great and quick customer service.
From my experience of working in customer service in my past I believe in giving praise to those who go the extra mile and Kristine gets mine. She’s a jewel!
