Nice job, got my order corrected immediately!

There was some sort of mix up after my order was placed and I received a text saying I had items sitting in my cart. I ignored that because I also had the confirmation email. But the next day I was sent an email from Kristine asking if they could help with anything before my cart expired, so I responded and asked if she could look at my account, I gave her the details of my order and asked if it had been processed or not.

Within minutes she had responded and let me know everything was in order.
I received customer service that was efficient and cheerful ♥️

I ordered my first machine from someone else and then when I got my second one from Herb affair it came in a really nice reusable box. The first one i had to go buy a box for all the parts. My third one I ordered the wrong one and noticed it right after I ordered it and I wrote Herb affair and they changed it right away. I have had all good experiences with herb affair. Im glad I found them

Accidentally ordered the wrong size capsule maker. Kristine was able to update the order to the correct size almost immediately despite terms & conditions stating no order changes. Excellent service! Also that was my 2ndorder, already have this machine for a larger size (000) capsule for making my own mushroom supplements and it works great! Very simple to use, works as intended, and clean up is easy.

The customer service of this company is outstanding! I made a mistake by duplicating my order and after emailing them my problem they responded immediately and resolved it. Their product is awesome! I’ve been using it for over a year. I recommend it highly!

I was having problems signing up for the Subscribe & Save option for several items and the system would only let me subscribe to one item, for some reason. Very frustrating when busy and in a hurry! (Grrr... computer technology!)
Kristine took care of the problem promptly and without hesitation. Now, I'm looking forward to my products to arrive on a scheduled date, before I run out.

I had a tech issue where the item I wanted would not add to my cart. a different one would be added instead. kristine at teh help center got me squared away.

I absolutely love being able to make my own supplements. What an amazing company and products, and the customer service is outstanding. I have not only taken care of supplements for myself, but am also making some for my grown children, and some of my employees.

My initial review was a 1 star because it took months for my order to come in and then when it did finally arrive it was incorrect. Kristine from the customer support contacted me and offered to make it right. True to her word, she sent me the correct order. It arrived today, which was a week after she contacted me about my complaint. I haven't tried the product itself yet so review on that yet.

I have used their capsule presses during a class and recently decided to order 2 (different sizes) capsule presses for myself. I highly recommend their products. The capsule presses are very easy to use and clean.
