Scammer
On 01/30/25, after seeing a sponsored ad on Instagram, I spoke to a HEPTA IMPORTS representative via Instagram chat. I felt confident in the person who helped me, and since I had also imported shirts, I decided to give them a vote of confidence and proceed with the order.

The representative was very clear in the last message that all orders were to be placed via the website link. But I thought it was cool that they had invested in the website, which gives the customer more confidence. The last time the representative responded to me on Instagram was when I sent that link!!
Afterwards, I clicked on it, and as soon as I pressed confirm payment, the page crashed, and when I tried to log in again, I received the message that my username did not exist.
I received no response from the store (order number, reference number, order or order description), nothing, for 4 days!
A pending debit message was sent to my bank app and email, meaning that I had been debited.
However, I did not receive any confirmation of the order received from the store by any means of communication.
I sent a message on February 1, 2025 to the store's Instagram account, but there was no response. So I left a final message there, informing them of what had happened and requesting cancellation, which is my right as a consumer, since I was going to make the purchase at another store. Once again, there was no response.
On the same day, February 1, 2025, I sent a message to the store's WhatsApp (*******), informing them once again of what had happened and requesting cancellation of the order. I only received a response from the store on February 3, 2025, through the same email.
The message completely ignored what had happened, and even more so my cancellation request, and only informed them that if it had not yet been sent, it would be sent on February 7, 2025. There was no resolution, and it was not an automatic bad message. Once again I reported what had happened and requested a cancellation, but no response
On 02/17/25, believe it or not, I received a message from him, with photos of the product and a shipping label, as if nothing had happened, as if I were talking to a wall.
I said once again that I didn't want them to send it, because I had already received it from another store, and that I had already requested a cancellation on 02/01/25!!
He arrogantly justified it by saying that Instagram is not a support, You have to notify us here, And we won't cancel it
I replied to my own message with !!! sent to him, and ignored by him on WhatsApp, it was me saying
I asked them to cancel it on Instagram a few days ago, because they didn't respond to me here, but they didn't respond to me there either.
