Her communication is exceptional - fast, friendly and genuinely attentive. She goes above and beyond to help, follows up without being chased and makes the entire ordering process feel seamless and stress-free. She knows her products very well and if ever there’s something she’s not aware of, she’ll go the extra mile to find out! As a busy clinician, that level of reliability and consistency makes a huge difference.

For us at Rochester Dental Clinic, Tommy always goes above & beyond for us to the point that all of our orders are through H.S now.
