Ordered cheeses for Christmas presents. Ordered a few weeks ahead to make sure I would receive it on time to bring with me for my parents who live in another country. GLS (delivery company) marked it as delivered at my address. I was waiting at home for the package all day, but they never even rang my doorbell. I have a Ring doorbell with a camera so I have proof. Now I had to leave the country without my Christmas presents. Customer service is a joke. I told them what happened, and they just say «according to the system, it was delivered». So basically its a scam. I paid and got nothing. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

In der neuen Filiale in Dresden verschiedene Sorten probiert und für sehr lecker befunden. Daraufhin diese gekauft:
Merkwürdigerweise schmecken diese allerdings nicht lecker - preiswert geschweige denn preisgünstig sind diese erst recht nicht: Transport und Lagerung ordnungsgemäß- trotzdem:

- Cheese Dip FIG RED PORT- schmeckt wir Sirup...
- Cheese Dip DATE BALSAMICO- etwas säuerlicher als aus dem Probeglas
- Cheese Dip PINEAPPLE GINGER- eher wie Marmelade, aber noch am besten
- Cheese Dip SWEET JALAPENO- ganz gefällig, aber auch preislich massiv überzogen.
Fazit: Anders als die Proben, preislich klar überteuert und maximal durchschnittlich
Ebenfalls nicht überzeugend der 380g
RUNDKÄSE COCONUT in der blauen Verpackung.

I made a purchase at the farm store and arranged to have my items shipped to the US. I told the cashier that I did not want my cheese to arrive home before I did, as I was travelling to another country. He asked if two weeks would be good and I agreed. When I arrived home the package of cheese was on my porch. I never received any shipping notification, I checked the tracking information and saw that it was shipped the day after I purchased it and it had been sitting on my porch for five days. I contacted them and they told me it was marked ASAP for shipping. I then responded that I verbally agreed to two weeks, but since I never got a copy of the shipping paperwork, I do not know what was written down. It's been 6 days, and they have not responded back to me. Awful customer service! Big tourist trap!

Update: They just emailed me and stated that they are sending me another package of cheese.

I ordered a deluxe box of cheese for a March gift at the end of February. This was in addition to ordering cheeses for my family. The gift box arrived in a Christmas themed box, in other words, leftover from Christmas. One of the cheeses expired five days after I opened the box. The alleged ‘Customer Service’ is despicable/non-existent, and they had they an excuse for everything. Save yourself the misery, do NOT order from this place. You could do better at your local grocery store.

Purchased a block of cheese from this shop and it’s gone mouldy 5 days later (haven’t opened) sell by date is 03/06/2925, paid €14 for this.

We went to the Zaanse Schans guided tour for the second time after 20 years and the Henri Willig cheese factory hasn't missed a beat. They have more selection of different flavours of cheese now but our favourite is still the smoked cheese. The lady doing the demonstration was very knowledgeable in the cheese making process and even added a bit of cheesy humour during the presentation (excuse the pun). If you don't get the chance to visit the factory you can buy the cheese in their shops in the city centres or central stations. Only bad thing is they don't deliver to the UK in their online shop.
