I complained told no credit no voucher asked for my Bank details l don't believe it no way will l do that my opinion no customer care Zero

Bought the clingtape from Autobarn .. #1 Autobarn needs a kick in the arse for selling this not fit for purpose shit .. the product is absolute crap .. doesn't stick .. double sided tape i get from kmart to hang posters and pictures is 1000 times better ..trust me always google the product you're about to buy . This Henkel crap is all just that crap ..

AFTER I PHONED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE BLOO BLOCKS THAT THEY DON'T CLEAN, I WAS TOLD TO SEND PHOTOS, AND WHEN I DID, I WAS TOLD TO SEND THEM 12 MORE INFORMATIONS ABOUT THE PRODUCT, THAT'S RUBBISH LIKE THEIR PRODUCTS . . .

Jeyes use to be the best outdoor cleaner on the market.... this new formula they now use and trick you into buying by using the old tin style is terrible..... its cheap tat ... the old black fluid smelled great BUT now its straight up rubbish... I'm now buying cheap black fluid from amazon which isn't even half as good as original jeyes BUT still a hundred times better than what this company sells

Website says sauté pan is dishwasher safe. It came out with the polish finishlooking like it went through a nuclear blast. We would not have put it in the washer had it not stated so. Refuse to replace or discount. Never again.

Plastic stem holding brush disintegrates.
Customer service just say go back to retailer and change - effectively nothing to do with them
The technical staff and customer service staff should be sacked. The company , product and staff not fit for purpose.

Tja, was will man sagen – wenn Werbeversprechen und Realität nicht ganz zusammenpassen.
Ob’s an der Rezeptur liegt oder an der Sparfreude in der Produktion – manche Produkte wirken eher wie ein Placebo in bunter Verpackung. Früher war mehr Verlass auf Qualität, heute scheint es manchmal nur noch um Masse und Marketing zu gehen. Schade eigentlich.

I bought the Loctite Precision super glue with 50% extra free🤔 but it’s the same plastic bottle with the same 7.5g inside, only the label is different because it says 50% extra free, but your not getting any extra, it’s a total ripoff from a company who doesn’t care, I wouldn’t have noticed if I had binned my old one, total the same, so pissed off 😡

Exactly the same complaint as the next review

Really poor company with appalling customer service. Made a complaint which was ignored (although they insist they replied) then proceeded to ask me to provide a page of answers to questions about their product, rather than actually addressing the complaint (Ridiculous amount of questions). The customer is already unimpressed they have had to contact you in the first place, so they sure as hell aren’t going to be impressed to answer a page of questions on top of it all, when they have already had to chase you for a response…oh and no surprise they didn’t reply to my response. Don’t buy Henkel products, they don’t do as they claim and they are rubbish.
Reading the many other 1 star reviews (Altho showing as having 2.3 score when everyone has left a 1) it’s clearly a common trait for this useless company to not give too hoots
Use any of the other competitors for this type of product as all will be infinitely better in design, look and doing as it advertised to do

I bought a pack of their Bloo Toilet blocks, the cube ones. Worked fine for a couple days, but then nothing for over a week.
Checked the cistern and the cube looked like it had started to disperse, but then just stopped there.

So filled in a contact form to ask why this is happening, got a reply asking for the usual information for the product. They then offered a refund, but instead of offering vouchers like any other reasonable brand, they were demanding my Bank Details!

This is absolutely ludicrous!
I'm not returning a fridge here! And even if I were I wouldnt email my Bank Details!
Of course I then demanded to know how to make a complaint. And what do I get now? Radio silence, they arent even replying back to me now!

I thought Bloo was a popular brand, but after wanting to post this review, I was half surprised to see all the other negative Customer Service reviews from this company.

Purchased a 2 pack of new improved formula bloo toilet blocks.
Lasted for 2 flushes and then left me with a whitish sludge in my cistern.Contacted Henkel who offered me a £2.50 refund which turned out to be impossible for me to collect.Gave up trying.Been using their products for years,never again.

Their caulk never dried off and left me with the inconvenience of cleaning it off and using another brand. The customer service said it was out of date after checking the batch number as there was no use-by date on the product. She couldn't care less to take ownership of their garbage product. Avoid this brand as they don't care about their customers.

There should be a zero review option. Bought a roll of Henkel sellotape. Physically impossible to pull off any length without it tearing diagonally and snapping. Absolute rubbish.

Several weeks ago, I effected a temporary superglue repair to my interior mirror which lasted until this week so purchase what was SUPPOSED to be proper adhesive for said mirror attachment.
Henkel/Loctite AA 319 windscreen mirror adhesive.
0.5 millilitre tube of alleged adhesive, purported to adhere mirror button back onto windscreen costing £5.00 for this absolute crap.
Applied mesh piece to button & allow to saturate glue through & then attach to windscreen.
Instructions confidently state all should be good after 15 minutes.
6 bloody hours later, glue STILL WET & obviously not adhered to windscreen???
Formal complaint lodged via email to Loctite & demanding an explanation & tomorrow demanding a refund & explanation from the so called experts at wilco motosave who sold me this junk.
Absolutely furious as my vehicle due in for MOT this week, so more time & money wasted.
If push comes to shove it will be forwarded to trading standards to deal with.

Bloo Power Activ Gel- thin yellow liquid that runs out of bottle when you turn it upside down. Some spilt on my Toilet seat. Cleaned it up straight away. Has left a yellow stain. Contacted customer services, they say the issue is with my Toilet seat......the label actually warns it can stain if not cleaned up quickly. Avoid this product. Stick with Toilet Duck or Harpic which aren't runny and don't splash where you don't want it to. BTW my job is a chemist at a detergent manufacturer so I have a clue about this kind of thing.

Worst glue ever, I don’t even think is glue inside. I bought the UniBond No
More Nails and I have used on wood and plastic Ieft it for 48h to dry and it didn’t even glue.
Waste of money!!!
