Hendre Services Arvostelua

I had a plumbing emergency and called Hendres. They sent a fake plumber the morning after who scammed me for 700 EUR. The plumber and Hendres refused to give me the details of the plumber, and refused to provide me with an invoice. I have reported them to the Police and the DGCCRF and investigations are underway.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I used Hendre Services hoping to find a reliable professional to fix a lock issue at my apartment. Instead, the platform put me in touch with an external technician who provided an incredibly poor experience, leading to unresolved issues and significant frustration. As a platform, they need to thoroughly vet the providers they send to customers. I cannot recommend using this service to find a locksmith.
