It's been 3 and a half months since I ordered an item (I live in New Caledonia). I haven't received anything, I no longer have any information. They are thieves.

I purchased a small item online from this company on 7th September. On their website, they state that goods are shipped from their local warehouse, giving the impression that delivery would be swift, and free of customs taxes.

The company stated that the goods were shipped on 10th September - "ex USA warehouse". At that point my alarm bells started ringing. I immediately wrote to them asking for their confirmation that the merchandise would be delivered to me with customs duty paid in my country of residence. They gave this confirmation.

Since that date I have received tracking reports from tracking-hub.com. In brief, today is 11th October, and the package is still not delivered. A summary of tracking states that it was cleared from Egyptian Customs 15 days ago. I live a bare 45 minutes drive from Cairo Airport.

I am not at all sure that the tracking reports are legitimate.

I have three times requested a refund from the company, which requests have been ignored with a plea for patience.

I have noticed that this company is registered at an address in Cardiff, Wales; a street view on google maps shows a flat above what looks like a Chinese restaurant.

I then researched this company at Companies House. It is owned and controlled by a Chinese national who resides, according to his stated address, in China. Research shows this to be a non-existent address.

Furthermore, the records show that this company was formed in 2021, and that it changed its registered address SIX TIMES between then and now. If that doesn't light up the warning lamps for the authorities, then I don't know what will....

I would never purchase even a box of matches from this company. It clearly has no substance.

Don’t buy from this company, ordered 2 straps for holding up pants, they sent me 1 then told me I was wrong, sent photos ect of package, they agreed they made a mistake & offered me 3US dollars, won’t ship missing strap because it’s to expansive
Rip off merchants.

The worst website ever. I ordered Multi-functional Automatic Water Dispenser Pump 3 months ago and l am still yet to receive my item. Pure scammer. Buyers beware.

The shipping took quite a bit of time, about two weeks. I was eager to use my new products but patience is key. The package arrived in good condition though, so I didn't mind the wait too much. Just be aware and plan accordingly if you need it sooner.
