Är mycket nöjd med min upplevelse. När jag flyttade till Stockholm gick jag på några digitala visningar hos Hemavi innan för att hitta det perfekta stället för mig att bo på. Det kändes tryggt att företaget "håller inne" första hyran tills man flyttar in och kan se om lägenheten motsvarade förväntningarna enligt överenskommet. Rekommenderar!

Super expensive service. Slow service and communication refusing to let tenant and renter to communicate. I was also communicating with the homeowner with the CEO of the company as an intermediate as they would not let me talk to her directly. He was extremely aggresive and rude threating me with finding another tenant if i wanted more time to think or didnt accept all his terms. Talked to the homeowner after i moved in and she had the same awful experience with the CEO as he also threatened her telling her to cancel the contract if she didnt fully accept his terms. Overall an awful experience dealing with this company. They also take 40% of the first months rent as a fee, charged only to the tenant and not communicated to the homeowner

I had a good experience with hemavi, I found a place to stay close to the train station and with the desired price.
Comunications through hemavi has been great! They replied very quickly which is very important in the house queue.

My experience with Hemavi AB has been nothing short of a nightmare. What started as a seemingly straightforward process for securing a rental property turned into an ordeal that has left me questioning the integrity and professionalism of this company.

Firstly, the entire process was riddled with inefficiencies and poor communication. Despite following all the required steps, including paying an advance and a hefty commission fee, Hemavi failed to secure a signed rental contract from the landlord. This is not just a minor oversight; it’s a fundamental failure of their core service – brokerage.

Moreover, the behavior of the landlord, who suddenly demanded a higher rent and extended lease terms after the initial agreement, was utterly unprofessional and downright manipulative. Hemavi, who was supposed to mediate and ensure a fair transaction, did nothing to protect my interests as a tenant. Instead, they allowed the landlord to pressure me into accepting unfavorable terms, showing a complete disregard for the well-being of their clients.

Even worse, when I raised concerns with Hemavi, instead of addressing the issue and taking responsibility, they refunded only the rent while stubbornly holding onto the commission fee. Their reliance on dubious terms buried in their fine print to justify this is not just poor customer service – it’s exploitative.

This company’s approach to handling disputes is disgraceful. They failed to fulfill their obligations, yet they refused to return the commission, which was paid in good faith. The fact that I am now forced to pursue legal action to get back money that is rightfully mine speaks volumes about their lack of ethics and transparency.

In summary, Hemavi AB has proven to be an untrustworthy and unreliable service provider. Their mishandling of my case, combined with their refusal to take accountability, has left me deeply dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to think twice and look elsewhere. Hemavi’s failure to deliver on their promises and their appalling treatment of clients make them a company to avoid at all costs.

After realizing that renting a nice and affordable apartment in central Stockholm can be quite challenging, I found a fantastic offer on Hemavi. Within a few hours the landlord accepted my application, we scheduled an online viewing together with a Hemavi agent, and several days later I received my signed rental agreement. There is not a single negative aspect I could mention, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the booking process absolutely secure and legit. Would always search for an apartment via Hemavi again!

The staff was very helpful and the whole experience felt quick! They clearly were experienced and helped me through my first time renting an apartment.

Never got my bonus..
Also no chatting and talking with applicants. They apply, I can suggest 3 times for a meet, I give them options 3 Saturday then they suggest 1 Thursday and all I can do is decline..

Hemavi's team & the family I stayed with have made my experience to be fully incredible and enjoyable all the way start to end. Hemavi, got a great platform to ease the process to find a place to stay so I definetly recommend to do it with them.

Fast and interesting service, I found a nice room in a very short time which was way above expectations! It's pricey, but i like that you only pay once you find a place rather than for viewing the locations.
