Ryanair Arvostelua 7

Me and my family had 2 flights with Ryanair recently and needed costumer support twice. Both times I didn't had to wait long and was very pleased with the service. The first time I contacted them was due to flight being cancelled and I just wanted to make sure everything is fine with next available flight that I was offered. It turned out that my brother and one of my children did "lost" their seats somehow. 5 min later everything was fixed and the the lady from the live chat-Natalia K even make sure that the child seat is next to my other child and me. I was very kind of her to go extra mile and make sure that everyone is seated together. That was on 22.01.2026
The second time I needed costumer support was when I did the online check in on our way back from easter holiday abroad, but instead of using my kids' british passports I used their EU ones and the sistem "rejected" their check in so they wasn't issued with boarding passes. We had to wait 24 hours for a check on the kids' status and approval from UK for them to enter the country, however our flight was due in 8 hours. That is when Alex S literally saved our flight. And again, there was no waiting time and the issue was resolved promptly and professionally. Thank you once again Alex S and Natalia K !!!

this company is the worst! It's like talking to a wall they only care about money and not their clients! I made a simple mistake on the name of my second passanger and they want me to pay full price to have it changed?!?! How broke are you to be this big of a scam? It shows why you have this low score you're simply a money hungry.

Why there is not 0 in this rating system?!
They literally stole me 165 euros for the check-in because their online check-in does not work properly. The verification procedure does not send you the mail back so it is impossible to do the check-in.

OF COURSE they are well aware of that cause they just wait for you at the airport to let you pay...
SHAME SHAME SHAME, where are the customers associations NOW?!

Mi unisco tristemente al coro unanime di lamentele, ci fosse anche la valutazione 0 l’avrei data.
Una truffa chiamata tariffa FLEXI PLUS con la quale si acquista un biglietto con certe caratteristiche che poi non sono presenti.
In particolare volo Roma -Marrakech, tre biglietti acquistati con tariffa FLEXIPLUS per poter disporre di maggiore spazio gambe davanti, modificati in posti standard sia all’andata che al ritorno, senza una mail di spiegazione.
Ho chiesto il rimborso ma ammesso che lo diano non sarà mai sufficiente a sanare il mal di schiena (motivo della necessità di viaggiare più comoda) che si è acuito dopo il viaggio.
Un consiglio che posso dare ai viaggiatori truffati per cancellazioni e ritardi è di rivolgersi a “rimborsoalvolo” una società che rappresenta con propri legali la questione alle compagnie; io ho avuto un rimborso pari al volo annullato e a tutte le spese sostenute per modificare il mio viaggio con treno cena ecc.

They don't really help, in fact they make you lose your time filling applications which nobody will see. They are like spanish administration or inquisition.
