Absolutely Shameless Scam – Avoid at All Costs
I’ve played at many online casinos, but Hell Spin is by far the worst, most dishonest platform I’ve ever encountered. They confiscated my €40 winnings claiming I “breached the maximum bet rule,” even though this issue would never happen on any normal casino.
On every legitimate casino, if the maximum allowed bet with a bonus is €5, the system simply does not allow you to place a higher bet. It automatically blocks it, saving both the player and the casino from misunderstandings. Hell Spin, however, intentionally lets you place higher bets, doesn’t warn you, doesn’t block it, and then uses this as an excuse to steal your winnings afterward. This is intentional, deceptive design.
In my case, I even bought a €20 bonus feature once. Fine, deduct that from my balance if you want — but they went straight for the nuclear option and took everything, including the €40 I legitimately won. No transparency, no fairness, just pure manipulation.
Their support hides behind the Terms & Conditions while ignoring how every other reputable casino handles this automatically. This is not a mistake. This is a business model built on finding excuses to avoid paying out.
Avoid Hell Spin Casino at all costs. There are hundreds of casinos that treat players fairly — this one absolutely does not.

Betrugswarnung, unerlaubte Abbuchung vom Bankkonto
Warnung: Diebstahl!
Ich habe zwei Einzahlungen zu je 50 Euro getätigt. Es kam die Meldung: nicht durchgeführt, ihre Bank meldet technische Probleme.
Am nächsten Tag war das Geld von meinem Bankkonto verschwunden, ist jedoch nicht auf meinem Spielerkonto angekommen.
Auf Nachfrage wurde einmal 50 Euro zurücküberwiesen. 50 Euro wollen sie nicht mehr zahlen, wollen immer wieder Nachweise, einmal im Live Chat, dann wieder lieber per Mail. Allerdings wurde eine Email nach 5 Tagen noch immer nicht beantwortet.
Abgesehen vom Diebstahl ist auch der Support grottenschlecht. Daher kann ich diese Diebe nicht empfehlen und davor warnen, dort einzuzahlen.
PS: sollte das Casino mit dem üblichen copy-paste Text antworten:
Nein, ich werde nicht noch einmal den Support kontaktieren. Sie haben alle Unterlagen, es bringt nichts, immer wieder mit den selben Leuten den gleichen Unsinn zu diskutieren. Sie helfen doch nicht weiter. Ich habe nachgewiesen, dass sie widerrechtlich Geld von meinem Bankkonto gestohlen haben, das muss genügen.
Update 24.11.
Es hat sich inzwischen ein "VIP Manager" gemeldet, der sich darum kümmern will. Status: das Geld bleibt gestohlen. Ich werde demnächst die Behörden in Curaçao informieren. Nicht wegen der 50 Euro sondern aus Prinzip.
Solchen unseriösen Firmen muss die Lizenz entzogen werden.
Update 27. 11. 2025
Nach 6 Wochen kam das Geld doch zurück. Kommentarlos, ohne Entschuldigung dafür, dass man widerrechtlich Geld abgebucht hat.
Das hat anscheinen nur funktioniert, weil ich mich massiv gewehrt und mit der Lizenzbehörde gedroht habe.
Also bleibt die Warnung aufrecht!
