I thought that this was the page for the brilliant UK brand helloSKIN but have realised that this is a totally different brand, nevertheless helloSKINs eye masks are the best I’ve tried!

I’m so disappointed! After receiving a free sample of the Helloskin Hydrogel Eye mask (via a different retailer) which I absolutely loved, I decided to order 3 packs for myself, my daughter & daughter in law. Was really looking forward to receiving my order and surprising the girls but despite my attempting to contact Customer Services on numerous occasions to try to track my order and not receiving any communication back, I was totally surprised to receive an email over 2 weeks after ordering to say my order had been cancelled ( not by me) and a refund was on its way. I’ve checked the website and the items are still available to order so I have no idea why my orders been cancelled. So disappointed not to received these amazing eye masks and with the lack of communication. Be aware and prepare yourself for disappointment!

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting HelloSkinClinic in Birmingham and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The lovely Denie took care of my treatments, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. I opted for Botox, under-eye and neck anti-aging treatments, along with a touch of lip filler. I was initially worried about the pain, but Denie applied numbing cream, and I didn’t feel a thing! The results have been truly incredible.

What also stood out was the clinic’s convenient location, stunning decor, and the warm, welcoming staff who greeted me on arrival.

I can’t recommend HelloSkinClinic highly enough!

Ik heb een ander product gekregen dan ik besteld had. Daarna heb ik op meerdere manieren hen proberen te bereiken en heb op geen enkele manier iets teruggehoord. Ik vertrouw deze partij niet meer.

Levertijd van 1-2 dagen klopt NIET. Inmiddels al 1,5 week aan het wachten. Contact opgenomen en werd gezegd dat mijn pakket wat vertraging had en er uiterlijk 2 dagen later zou zijn, ik wacht inmiddels nog steeds. Slechte service.

My mom appreciate my gift of noie sets. She said she feels younger because of the freshness and moisture in she skin.

Further update received my order several days later. So very happy and would recommend to others.

An update on my experience below - they responded in less than half an hour. Have offered a 50% refund and are resending my order and were very apologetic. So have changed my review from poor to average.

Have just received an empty box instead of one with 4 bottles of Aveeno shampoo/bodywash - haven't even had to open the box just picking it up it's clear there is nothing in it - I'm not sure the box would have been able to hold 4 bottles in it. No way of contacting them other than by email. I am now waiting to hear back from them.

HelloSkin is an excellent supplier of skin products. But less excellent is the fact that they have no recycling or re-use policy on the substantial plastic containers used for many of their products. They cannot control their product suppliers but they could exert influence and ensure that customers know what can be recycled. Currently, this is largely not clear.

HelloSkin stock the products that I need at a good price. The only down side is you can only purchase six items at a time, so if you need more you have to pay for shipping for every six items.

Great company with excellent service. Have bought several items from them and they have all been first rate on my sensitive skin.
Will be buying more in the future.

Ordered 3 of EVY Sunscreen Mouse Kids and they are all out of date within 9 months.
