Unfortunately I couldent ads the chat picture here, but basically I deposited 20 euro and got a 500% bonus. I was down like 3-4 euros to 116 euro ( still 16 left of my own balance ) won around 120 euro, and decided to take the win and leave the bonus. I went to delete the bonus and it just said how the bonus balance would be rejected from my balance, but they took all my money, including my own 130 euro.

Went to chat. And they said it’s mixed balance and they can’t do anything. Really shit casino.

Absoloutly disgusting site and expierence. I have been trying to withdraw my £200 and they just keep fobbing me off. Avoid this site you will not get paid out. Why are they still allowed to operate.

Yup slow withdrawal and then win big first time on site and then it just feeds and feeds,

I’ve not received my winning since 3rd November 2025. Is there anything I can do to make a complaint because this casino site should not be running if they cannot hand out peoples winning I’ve seen a lot of negative feedback on here and I have been emailing 3 times and chasing up the live chats about 30 times and they’re repeating the same thing “flagged” as priority or “high volume of calls”

Still waiting for my withdrawal it’s 108 days today it was cancelled on day 69 with no reason given in fact I wasn’t even sent an email telling me about it I just checked and I requested it again since then my account has been closed again no reason and not informed I will continue everyday to contact and email to get what’s rightfully mine.

Hellofortune32.com is an absolute scam site. They never pay out withdrawals – I had a pending withdrawal which they cancelled without my permission, claiming it was a “mistake.” At the same time they gave me 50 free spins that won £18. The catch? They slapped a £450 wagering requirement on it.

When I lost the £18 and cancelled the so-called “bonus,” I was horrified to see they actually deducted £450 from my own balance! When I complained, they just pointed to their “terms and conditions.” This is outrageous and nothing more than theft disguised as fine print.
