Edwards (Sales and Lettings) Limited Arvostelua

The team at Edwards are very helpful and professional. They very quickly found a tenant for me, keeping me informed of
any prospective tenants along the way. I have already recommended them to friends.

Thank you to Edwards, a friendly and supportive team, always there at the end of the phone during a stressful house moving process!

The service and communication were good, and the purchase of the property was happily carried out to completion despite the significant difficulties that emerged throughout the process. These were no fault of the estate agency, but of external factors and England's insane house buying process and associated legal framework, which leaves the buyer totally unprotected. It all ended as well as one could hope, and I am thankful for the work that was carried out to make this happen. That said, to earn a five star review, I feel like there should have been more effort in helping to reach agreements that were satisfactory to all parties when difficulties arose. The agency took a very neutral approach, playing their part dutifully and in accordance with their obligations, but not really going particularly out of their way to ensure the sale went through with as many assurances to all parties involved as possible. As someone who has close family working in the housing market, I know this striving for the best possible outcome to be the hallmark of a truly great estate agency, something especially necessary in England, and I felt that it was somewhat lacking in this instance. Not to be unduly harsh, the service was good, just not five star good, for this reason.

They kept us well informed of progress throughout the process.

Excellent support from Edwards throughout the sale. Strong at chasing up both sellers and buyers and they offered great value for money

The Loughborough staff worked cohesively as a team through an extended period of trying to sell, the buyers pulling out & turbulent emotions( customer's not theirs). They struck the right level of support, persuasion & regular feedback throughout the process & at a fair price. I will recommend them to family & friends going forward.

From start to finish everyone at Edwards were friendly, helpful, but also on point with everything. Plenty of communication along the way, explaining what was happening and always available if needed. Absolutely 5 star customer service from Clare and her team!!

Very good, kept us in the loop with what was going on at all times! Thanks to Katie who helped us throughout.

Clare and her team have been fantastic throughout the whole process. The turnaround time from marketing to the tenancy beginning has been a couple of weeks and all this was done without cutting any corners. The tenancy start date was done with no fuss.

Amazing service, Clare and the rest of the team were brilliant finding me somewhere so fast. The whole experience was quick and smooth. Definitely recommended

We experienced a friendly, honest professional service from all of the Edwards staff during our house sale. I would definitely recommend using Edwards sales and letting agency. Excellent company. Thank you all.

Absolutely awesome team at Edwards, all played their part in achieving my house sale….. Clare, Liz, Katie and Dominique, I thank you all for your time and effort in the sale of my property.
Thoroughly recommended, and price wise, there is no comparison, as the work done by this team is more efficient and personal than the over priced competition.
Once again, a sincere thank you Edwards’ team. 🥰😀🙏🏽

Clare and her team helped me navigate the change of tennant for the first time and made the experience as easy and straightforward as possible.
Everything was covered in detail and information about the new tenant conveyed clearly.
I would definitely recommend Clare and her team to anyone looking for a letting/ management agent.

We had an amazing experience with helloedwards. The team updated with us every single step when the tenant view until tenant move in. The response is so quick and professional. I would recommend everyone should use them.

Edwards were a superb company to rent, then buy, then sell the same house with over a period of three years.

In my recent house sale the staff, particularly Katie and Clare, could not have been more efficient, professional and supportive.

They arranged for an independent roof survey to check costs and also provided a far more competent service than both my own and my buyer's solicitors.

I thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service from the very beginning. The team know exactly what to do and get straight on with it. As a new landlord this is much appreciated
