Edwards (Sales and Lettings) Limited Arvostelua

Clare has built a good team to deliver a very effective service to sellers ( and probably buyers alike). They are quietly professional and effective, good communicators and supremely responsive. Utterly honest and trustworthy, without any histrionics- putting the whole process into a very transparent procedure which has by comparison to my recent dealings with London agents proven to be far and away a much easier process from start to finish.
Katie is so on the ball with her updates between clients on both sides and their respective solicitors. Totally approachable and very efficient. She’s a diamond!
Thank you one and all.
If I ever had to sell another property there’d be no hesitation in returning to Edwards.

Due to a purchase falling through, we needed to move quickly. Edwards Estate agents were incredible - superb communications, we got through the whole process from viewing to ready to complete within 6 weeks. If I were to sell my house, this is the agent I'd want to use!!! Always curtious, very informed and friendly staff, and amazingly efficient. 10/10

Ver professional, friendly staff. Quick to get my property on the market and let.
Will definitely use them in future.

Polite, friendly and professional.

We went with Edwards on the recommendation of a work colleague and received great service from Clare, Katie and Dominique. It was a difficult sale due to various issues with our buyers and their solicitor but we felt that the team at Edwards had our back all the way and we got there in the end.

Thanks guys, we couldn't have done it without you :)

Clare, Katie and the team provided an exceptional service during the recent sale of my mothers house. They were always available to answer queries and dealt with everything in a friendly, professional manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We had a thoroughly fabulous experience dealing with Edwards. They were responsive at all times and our purchase went very smoothly and completed within 11 weeks, not a bad result!

From the moment my tenants announced they were due to leave, Clare and her team took complete control of the situation and found a number of prospective new tenants within days. The successful tenant was found and moved almost immediately.
Well done Clare and team, put my mind at rest for sure!

After arriving in the UK, finding a place to rent was one of our biggest concerns. However, we were fortunate to find Edwards Sales and Lettings, and it has been an incredible experience. I must emphasize that the whole team has always been highly professional in their dealings.
In addition to being very friendly and willing to support us on time, Clare, Katie, and Dominique have undoubtedly made a massive difference to our arrival experience in the UK. Thank you very much!

Helpful friendly staff

Clare and the team were always helpful and professional.
Even though the sale took a while to get over the line they persevered and kept us informed throughout.
We would certainly recommend.

Clare, Ryan and Katie really helped me sell my house with friendly professional service at all times.
They were the third agent I asked for a valuation after being uneasy dealing with the others.
I felt we just clicked and got along fine and they achieved a sale at a price I am happy with in a very reasonable time.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Thoroughly professional. Clearly understands customer expectations and works towards maximising customer satisfaction. Easy and prompt communication. Attentive to details.

We are very grateful to Clare and her colleagues for their cheerful, courteous and efficient work in selling our cousin's house. They persevered with the sale, which was complicated, and kept us informed throughout.
We would recommend them without reservation and would give them further business without hesitation.

Excellent service, very helpful and supportive throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Clare and her team have been fantastic! Incredibly professional, knowledgable, approachable and reassuring.
Edwards offer a service that goes well beyond that offered by any other agent that we have used; they don't just sell, they have given invaluable advice to guide us through every aspect of the process.
Looking past the obvious, and providing practical solutions, they have saved us time, money and a great deal of stress. Thank you!

Clare Edwards and her team provided excellent service during the sale of our late Mum’s house. We had previously let the house through Edwards so we knew that we would be well looked after. We were kept updated throughout the entire process and the property was sold relatively quickly at a good price. I would certainly recommend Edwards for both sales and letting.

I had a fantastic experience finding my new home with Edwards. Clare kept me informed through every stage of the process & was very helpful throughout.

Quick sale with very good communication from the sales team.
