This is actually an updated review of a previous post. When I wrote the first review, I stated little eye improvement, but would update after a second bottle. I’m done with second bottle, and I must report that I don’t see any improvement in my dog’s eyes or sight. I really wanted this to work , for Cali (my pet) is nearly blind. She has no night vision and only “movement-sight” in light. The vet says it is age, although she is only 9-10 years old. I don’t doubt the other reviewers . I’m sure this product has worked for some dogs, but I really think it depends on the CAUSE of the limited sight that determines its effectiveness. Was it worth the $180 to try? For me, yes. I guess I was buying hope, and if it had worked , it would have been a great bargain.

Rip-offs! After waiting longer than 3 weeks for my order to the Netherlands and having to pay a duty of 20 Euro. I discovered that they sent me an old formula that contains Benzyl Alcohol that expires in April 2020. When you pay full price and almost the same amount in shipping and tax you would think that they would send you a good product. After contacting them they flat out lied several times and refuses to give me my money back. Or even tell me that the product is safe. Don't waste your time and money with people who think that because you live in another country that they can scam you and it also shows no respect for our beloved pets. Report to the FDA.

I can not thank you enough for this product to help my dogs eyes. He is 12 yrs old and cataracts almost covered his whole eye. He is so improved with half of cataracts covering his eyes and he knows they are helping him. He comes right over and sits down in front of me when I say come on baby lets put your eye drops in. So Thankful and I can not thank you enough!

I was very worried for my dog after he developed a very foggy vision. Then I bought a LumenPro from this place, and I must say it is really very effective. My little dog doesn’t feel any type of irritation with the eye drop and has shown great results. 5 stars without any doubt!

We absolutley love the progress that our Max has in his eyesight. Although his vision is still dimished straight away, he seems to continue to maintain good peripheral vision. We are continue to use Lumenpro and are pleased with the results!

Service has been good. I received my order this weekend and have just started using it. The packaging is fine and it is easy to apply. This product comes recommended from my friend who used it with her aging dog. She had favorable results and I am hoping for the same.

Orders I placed with Heliostatix always arrive on time, and their customer service has been helpful over e-mail. Any issue I've had with them has been swiftly resolved, and I find their products to be reasonably priced when I consider the alternatives. Great company!

I purchased a bottle of the Lumen Plus to see if it would work on my dogs eyes. The first bottle ran out in 22 DAYS by putting in 2 drops in the morning, and 2 drops in each eye in the eve. No improvement noted. Then ordered second bottle and received in 10 days. Tried again with same dosage, only lasted 11 days ???? Wrote a email to the company a few days ago and waiting for the reply. So I guess its too early to write comments about them. So far I am neutral. If the drops do not work I will not blame it on this company, I will just have to spend 6k on the eye operation. Frank

Again, even when the express option is bought, it still takes 2 to 3 weeks to get the order.

I have used 2 bottles of LumenPro on my dog and my husband says he can see some improvement in her vision. I have emailed the seller with a question and received a very prompt answer so their customer service is excellent.

This product has been great for my dog's eyesight (juvenile cataracts) but the packaging is awful! We have lost so much of this very expensive medicine due to faulty/poor bottle/nozzle design. We were much more careful with our second bottle and we are still losing out. Please reconsider the design of your products!

Process is easy - but clearing CDN CUSTOMS can take time.
I must get confirmation from vet - but I think the drops are helping - my dog's behaviour seems to be more confident - not as much "ducking and jumping from imaginary shadows".

I have your unopened package from 3 weeks ago. I am awaiting return / refund instructions. I have emailed and phoned with no follow up from the company. This is entirely unacceptable.

Already wrote one review -here's an update:
I use this for my 12 year old Border Collie that suffers from diabetes and developed cataracts as a result.
As I can't find a clinic close enough to me to have them surgically removed, I decided to try these drops after researching the compounds used.
Happy to say my dog doesn't run into things as he was and seems to negotiate things like stairs much, much better. I'm on my fourth bottle as of this writing.
Hopefully, using these drops will keep his cataract development at bay. I did have to up usage to four times a day to maintain results however, so it gets a bit expensive - but hey, he's my dog!
I do agree the dispensing bottle's design could be improved though I've gotten a better handle on using it.

Started using drops on my 14 y/o dog whose eyes where starting cloud over. Started seeing improvement in my dog's vision in the first couple weeks. He would start jumping on and off furniture again instead of waiting for me to pick him up. And he has only improved from there
