My experience with 1st has been horrible since Jackie Barkley left the company I ask to borrow money to help get my son car fix they didn’t call to let me know they couldn’t help once I get them paid off I will not return nor will I refer anyone

Genuine and professional customer service
The ladies at this office were phenomenal. I had an extended wait due to some errors and all the ladies stepped in and made sure I was comfortable, asked me if I needed anything, was just straight genuine from the heart.
