FAST RESPONSE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Fast response, fair prices and quick shipping. Thanks

For the past 30 years I've dealt with 1 company that's based in the same large city i'm located on Diesel engine rebuilding kits & components, And I thought I would just try to see if another supplier could possibly provide equal engine parts at or below what I was currently paying, Along with even though I've got experience with engines being in the Heavy Equipment business I'm not a know it all & if I do need help just being able to communicate with someone at an understandable level is a wonderful thing & Stan was exactly that.

I truly appreciate Heavy duty approach in my support as a client.
A simple online chat with Jose Paret from day one to date has been of great help in sourcing Detroit engine parts.
The level of support n follow up is excellent, I truly appreciate you work Jose, keep up on the good work you are doing.
Regards

Great experience. I wasn't able to find the exact kit I needed but a simple chat with one of their employees and I had the right kit to order. Good people and good products.

The ownership at HeavyDutyKits has vast knowledge and experience with a personal touch. I have no reason to look elsewhere.

Laura and Jose are excellent to work with. I highly recommend them

I have collaborated with HeavyDutyKits.com on several projects throughout the years and it has always been a gratifying experience. They know their business A through Z.

I have been dealing with Jose for a few years and have never been disappointed with his customer service or the quality of the products he sells. He is top notch all the way.

Good service and reasonable price. Will use again soon.

Very knowledgeable , Professional, Helpful, and delivers as promised

This is what you expect from such a stellar company.....excellent prices, knowledgeable staff and great products. I have used them on various occasions and have no reservations in recommending them to my customers all around the world. There is no sale that is too big or too small that they do not dedicate their 100% attention to. Always looking forward to the next order as it is such a pleasure doing business with them.

In the industry since 1983 and have dealt with suppliers all over the country and can honestly say HD Kits has been the best supplier I have ever encountered. Due to superior customer service and in all my years dealing with Jose and HD Kits they have never not been able to supply what was requested. That is a rarity in this industry

kit was complete and worked well for rebuild.

If you need any truck parts or rebuilt kits this is a one stop shop... I use them for our Truck dealership the prices are great and the shipping super fast thanks guys for all your help

Pleasure doing Business with HD Kits. Highly Recommended!

We have been working with this company since 04/2013 and we have had nothing but success. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient and always seem happy to receive our call. As one of the largest independent Med/Heavy duty truck repair shops in S Florida, we must have a Vendor that covers ours and our customers needs. Heavy Duty Kits does just that.
