As a first time buyer I am usually always skeptical about online purchases. I was pleasantly surprised with the lovely packaging...which soon turned into super thrilled & super impressed with my purchase, once opened! The bracelet is a stunner! I also loved that it came with a GRA certificate - which makes me confident in the quality. Thank you for delivering a masterful piece & for making my day!

Exceptional Customer Service

I have purchased afew pieces from Heavenly London now and they are all beautiful and such good quality. Their customer service is exceptional anytime I needed to change item for a different size or ask any questions they were more than happy to help and done so in a timely matter .

Poor after sales service

Beautiful items, if a little pricy for costume jewellery, but really let down by poor after sales. I have purchased a number of items from Heavenly which I enjoy wearing, and so was delighted to find one of their bracelets on Vinted which I purchased. Unfortunately the bracelet lost a stone in transit. The Vinted seller refunded the amount paid, and said I could keep the bracelet. I contacted Heavenly to enquire about having the bracelet repaired, but was told that there was nothing they could do. Really disappointing service and I won’t be purchasing from them again.

I was upfront from the start that the item came from Vinted. It’s a shame that the quality of the item was so poor that it cannot withstand resale or transit.

Hi Anna, as this item was purchased second hand, from a resale platform, my initial response was that there is nothing we can do. Second hand/used items are not under warranty and we did offer to make an exception. Sorry we have not been able to help you this time and that you felt it appropriate to review our after sales service from an item not purchased from us.
