Don’t even bother visiting their Cambridge location
I ordered at 6pm and our food was served an hour and 20 minutes later.
The Apple crumble was presented terribly and is incredibly misleading compared to menu. The food was presented atrociously and the waiter didn’t even give us cutlery. The food tasted mediocre and was overpriced considering the smaller portions compared to opening last year. The staff are untrained and have no management skills whatsoever. After more than 80 minutes of waiting I only got a measly 10% discount after negotiating with the so called manager with food that was incomplete and was cold to touch. The desserts were left on the counter for an hour and everything had melted and was cold. It’s a shame considering how fantastic this dessert venue used to be.

It has nice aroma and perfect ambiance adding gold point is it has amazing service lighting fast and taste is great ❤️
One of the best desserts I have ever eaten in Nottingham. Like I have tried mostly 50% of menu😜, still I haven’t add all pictures as soon as I will find from my gallery will update it with perfect review.
Manager Mr. Rahul is nice man.
I think Heavenly Desserts should give me lifetime discount card😜😅, obsessed with Heavenly Desserts 💕
