Customer experience good but less than before
This is my third order. Experience used to be better - this time there was plastic/plastic tape in the packaging, and no little gift was included. The plastic was very uncool, I specifically order from here to avoid extra plastic. I want to compost/recycle the packaging too.
Products are great (cleaning brushes, secateurs, metal dustpan) as always.

Thank you for your continued support and for your honest feedback. We're so pleased you're enjoying the products.
We're sorry the packaging wasn't what you expected. We always aim to use plastic-free packaging where possible, but occasionally use recycled plastic to provide extra protection for heavier or more delicate orders.
Thank you for your feedback and for supporting our small Australian business. We truly appreciate it. HIE x
