Experienced , thorough and helpful heating engineers

The experience was complicated, but the resoonse from Heating and Cooling was excellent, justifying a five-star rating.

I was recommended this company amongst others via a facebook post . I am so glad I chose them , what a fantastic service ! I was without heating and water, from everyone who came out to look for the problem to Sharon who kept me informed all the time as to what was happening. Cannot fault Heating and Cooling at all they were incredible, thankyou Janet Thompson

Danny and Dean did a wonderful job with our boiler. They were excellent in working out the problem we had and we're successful at mending our problem giving us hot water when we needed it for family visits. We are very grateful to there excellent service.

All working ready for the snow

We recently had a new commercial boiler supplied, fitted, and commissioned by Heating & Cooling Group, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of outstanding.

The communication throughout the process was exemplary. They kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring that we were always up to date with the progress and any necessary decisions. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to delivering top-notch service.

The installation itself was carried out with precision and care. The team worked efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations, and the quality of the workmanship was superb. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to the highest standard.

We couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend Heating & Cooling Group to anyone in need of a reliable, professional service for their commercial boiler needs. A truly outstanding company!

Extremely reliable and helpful. Jack always goes above and beyond to try and find a solution to any problem/issue that may arise and the quality of the workmanship is always first class!

Jack assessed our new home which needed a new central heating system installed. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easily communicated the pros and cons of the various options which would best suit our needs. His team worked well around other trades we had in the house (we were going through a full refurb) and we're extremely happy with the system we have. Will continue to use for our annual boiler service.

Extremely pleased with my boiler replacement. Jack and Danny have done a fantastic job and cleared my attic of all redundant clutter and left everything very tidy. Would heartily recommend.

Highly professional organisation to work with, after doing the usual enquires for a new boiler install for my home and rental I decided to go with Heating and Cooling. Jack PM’ed the work for my home install which included a lot of pipe work as well as installing a tank in a new location. An implementation plan was put together with a timeline, the complete install was delivered as per the plan, the engineers who carried out the work were punctual, customer orientated and most importantly skilled in their profession.
Danny the engineer who installed the boiler at my rental, was highly proficient, the install went in smoothly with no issues. Jack visited the rental pre and post install to ensure I was happy with the work carried out. 5 out of 5 for engineering skills, customer service and professionalism.

Jack and his colleague (Danny) installed a new gas boiler in our house.

They did a very professional job, were courteous, considerate and left everything very tidy. I would highly recommend them.

Since we discovered Heating and Cooling a few years ago - we have been very impressed with their service. They look after our home and tenants needs so professionally - we’re delighted. Prompt service and always respond to calls/emails ( which is so unusual these days)! A great find , would happily recommend. A five star experience from me ( and my family tell me I’m very fussy 🥴)! Thank you

After a cold few days without hot water or heating, two visits and persistence from Dean fixed the issue with minimal fuss. Cracking bloke, and along with Sharon in the office have both been speedy to resolve any queries with professionalism and good humour at times when much needed! Thanks to all.

The people made my experience worthy of 5 stars.
From the lady who books the appointments to their technicians, all professional, personable and
Knowledgeable.
They really are an outstanding team!
I highly reccomend them.

I have used Heating and Cooling for a few years and their service is definitely 5 ⭐️. Thank you, Sharon, for your friendly and efficient response to my phone calls, and to Jack for always making sure I’m never left without heating, especially today when it was freezing!!I I wouldn’t use anyone else!

I needed urgently a gas safety certificate. Phone Sharon late in the morning, by the afternoon the technician was at the property for the inspection.
