Worked together with James to assist a tenant with a faulty heating system. Great communication and prompt payment each time - would definitely recommend!

I contacted James regarding servicing a boiler for my parents, he acted quickly and professionally to arrange the service. He was really friendly and resolved any queries I had along the way. James made a follow up call after to ensure I was happy with his support.

James was really helpful and got my problem sorted the same day. He listened to what my problem was witch was the boiler and he got the right guy for the job on the same day. Can't fault him at all really good service.

I've been with this company since day one and have no regrets being with them. James Hugh (hope that's how is last name is spelt, sorry if not} I phoned James to say my boiler was leaking the other week, James rang me back to say, someone would be out the same day and they was. Unfortunately there was more needed doing to the boiler. This week they are coming to repair the boiler. Can't fault the good service and James is such a dear to talk to. Thank you Heating4life. Pam

In the cold weather in January my gas boiler started to smell and so I called a gas engineer to have a look at it. He told me that it was dangerous and he should turn it off immediately. So I agreed to buy a new gas boiler. We agreed a price and I paid a considerable deposit. Towards the end he stopped work and said he needed to buy a new part and would be back the next day.
He didn't arrive and did not answer his mobile phone to me. So I was left with a boiler which obviously needed more work on it. I needed help. I contacted Heating for Life and James sent an engineer round. He confirmed that the gas boiler needed finishing. Without the help of James at Heating for life I would have been left with a boiler that was unfinished. So I ha\ve now taken out 4 contracts with Heating for Life and will always remember how helpful they have been.

I was passed work from Heating4life and everything from start to finish was very professional.

We have worked with James to provide a boiler service for one of his customers. Everything went as planned and we were paid promptly. We look forward to working together again.
